Izzio Bakery is a can’t miss in downtown Denver. Hands down the BEST Carrot cake.
The cake was dense and moist. Perfect bits of pineapple, carrot and nuts all through out. Spiced to perfection. I can’t even begin to describe the crispy, caramelized edges that pair perfectly with the most amazing cream cheese icing.
