I don't know how Louisville ended up with the best Asian food in Boulder county but with this place and Shin Yuu, Louisville is now the spot. These dumplings are big, juicy and the perfect dough. So yummy and comforting I'll def be back.
This place is tiny but all the dumplings were made fresh in front of our faces!The servers were lovely. The honey tea was perfectly sweet. The pan fried pork buns reminded my partner of China town I'm San Fran ?. The dumplings are totally filling and the sauces on the table compliment each of the ones we tried (pan fried pork, pan chicken, soup pork) perfectly. Savory, authentic, filling and delicious. We can't wait to be hungry again to go back!

What a fabulous place. The dumplings here are the best I’ve had in Colorado. They make their dumplings from scratch every day. The soup dumplings are delicious. The crispy chicken is yummy and I loved the spicy pork wontons. Oh and the pork steamed buns were out of this world. I mean everything we had was amazing. The owner is the kindest person ever.
