So much to love about this place! Love that the ingredients are organic and free from seed oils for their sandwiches, salads and soups. Their gluten free bread is delicious and I appreciate that the other breads have sourdough starter. I am one that pays attention to ingredients in my food and the team has always been easily willing and helpful with giving that information when I have asked. So glad that this place is around in order to get a quick bite while working. I love that I can trust the quality and the staff is always so sweet. They provide such a great positive and energetic environment.

Food is very bland with no flavor, the bread is ridiculously dense. The prosciutto was slimy and stringy and may have been old. Tomato soup was inedible and tasted like tomato juice with no spice. For the price there was barely any meat and cheese. Nice atmosphere and staff but really disappointed in the food.

It can't get any fresher than this! My favorite spot in probably all Boulder County. They offer a great variety of sandwiches hot & cold, fresh soups and salads, and everything is prepared with local ingredients. The staff is super friendly and always ready to answer questions about their menu. The place is small and it can get packed during lunchtime, but their food travels well if you want to do takeout.

I don't make complaints often, in fact, I had to create a yelp account to make this, that's how much this bothered me. I have always loved the sandwiches and the ambiance of the store, but the service bewildered me today. When I walked in I was frustratedly greeted by a gentleman behind the counter essentially pleading that someone (in the group of us looking at the menu) would order. We did, and received begrudged responses and remarks. Like I said, I don't make these kinds of complaints often so I didn't mind and still enjoyed the lunch. However, as we were leaving, I threw away a napkin accidentally (truly) into the wrong whole in the counter. The not so gentle man decided to let me know exactly what I had done immediately snapping at me that it wasn't for food and that it wasn't ok. I apologized profusely and he remained passive aggressive, even ending with a "know better for next time." The experience has absolutely ruined the restaurant for me as well as those I went with and mine and their families. Only writing this to let managers know of employee behavior, no drama intended, just not how they without a doubt expect their customer service to be executed at the store.
Very tasty sandwiches and very reasonably priced for the quality. Lots of veggie and vegan offerings while still offering excellent meat based Sammy's. I had the roast beef and was impressed with everything from the pretzel roll to the generous amount of beef. Wish I lived closer!

Came in on Oct 14 and WOW were these guys so friendly, welcoming, helpful, patient, and not pushy to make us make a sandwich decision when they had so many good ones on the menu! Best sandwich I’ve had in so long. Bread was out of this world. Fast service and brought food out to the table. Seating is a little crammed but that’s ok! Top notch place!
