The pizza is generally good, 80% of the time it is well made. In the other 20% it can be a little bit overcooked (blackened crust) or sometimes a random overdose of sprinkled-on oregano which should be an on-request topping (I don't like oregano, stop it). When you get a good pie, it is definitely Chicago-style and solid.The bigger issue is their ordering process. Or should I say how they literally stop taking orders around 7pm (both online and on the phone), when they get too busy. This is incredible to me ... a place that for 2+ years now has stopped taking orders on at least 5+ times I've tried placing an order due to inability to keep up.When I mentioned this to Martino's on a time I couldn't place an order (Martino's is equally good if not better, just farther from me for pick-up), they laughed at how ridiculous this was.Net-net: mostly solid pizza, Chicago legit; completely inconsistent staffing and poor planning.
