Usually don’t have a problem with this location and always get good service and drinks but this past time was unacceptable. Placed on online order at 7:59am for an estimated time of it being done by 8:15. Usually the drinks are done well before the estimated time. I get there at 8:10 and it’s still not done. No worries, they’re busy and I get it. Now 8:25 and I’m told after being ignored on purpose for 10 minutes that it’s going to take another 15 minutes to get them out. 40 minutes for two drinks is not the move. Do better.

95% of the time I love this location. Staff are friendly, provide great suggestions and are professional and positive when they are super busy. Which in many coffee shops is never a guarantee.However, twice now in the afternoons, both 30-40 minutes before closing time I received an atypical response. Once on a Saturday - “sorry we’re not making blended drinks today”. When the blenders had clearly been used, washed and were drying on the counter. And then a different time I asked for a sandwich and was told that they couldn’t give me make a sandwich because “the ovens have been turned off because we’re closing in 40 minutes”. Hmmmm….??

I ordered an iced latte with almond milk. For the 20oz, it came out to about $6-$7, which was about as expected. Overall I like it a lot. The espresso is a pretty mild but tasty blend. Easy to drink and solid flavor.

There was 1 car in front of me. We waited over 10 min for their single drink to be made only to wait another 10 min for our own single drink. The staff consisted of one employee who refused to move away from the cash register (no orders were being taken) and another employee who seemed content taking their dear sweet time making drinks cleaning the counter every two seconds along the way. No apologies given for taking roughly 25 min for our single coffee order. To top it off, I paid over $6 for a coffee. $6 for a coffee! I'd rather support locally owned businesses over the likes of Starbucks, but they are shinning much brighter after todays visit. I don't know why they bother selling reusable cups, cause they don't have a system for people actually using them. 9 times out of 10, they give me my drink in a single use cup. This last time, I got an Italian Soda, and when she realized it was supposed to be in my cup, she just poured it in. IT'S CARBONATED. It created a huge mess, that she didn't bother with, and then my drink was flat.Also, I'm still, after several days, trying to get their customer service to refund me, because they charged me extra for a "donation" that I didn't agree to. Watch your receipt.

Chairs were bought at the inquisition garage sale.If you want to pay for your sins, come to this location, the metal chairs are literally your life punishment.

I've experienced now the epitome of poor customer service! Unhappy with the way coffee order was prepared but no effort to correct it was made. I then bought another coffee in order to dilute the original cup, and it took 3 workers 5 min to decide who would fulfill the order. I was the only customer there. the coffee was finally handed to me filled to the brim! It spilled over of course causing superficial burns on my fingers. I won't go to this location again!
