“Parking is awkward for getting to the front door, but everything else was great. Good waitress, good food. We arrived at 1140am and it was pretty empty, but by 1215pm it was packed with the office lunch crowd. So go early if you can.”

“I loved the one in Estes and decided to get some food to go one time from the Loveland location. First thing I noticed was that the menu was a bit different, but I got something different and it was still good. Today, I decide to sit and stay since I had time. At the time there was only one other couple at a table with two people (mainly one guy). Gradually it started to get a pretty busy crowd and someone arrived to help. What I don't understand is how it took me over an hour for me to leave with my food? Yes after like 45 minutes of waiting PART of my food came out and I asked for it all to be made to go so I could just leave. I had to ask a passer byer to at least bring me the Naan I ordered while I continued to wait while THREE tables that came after me immediately got Naan bread and their food before did. One of the tables actually ate and left by the time I got mine. How does this happen?! Ridiculous.”

Baja burger, House Salad, Philly Cheese steak, and the Chicken Quesadilla were all So Good. I honestly think it's the best burger in town. YUM. Sadly the drinks were not as great. The Pineapple bomb was a shot of Fireball. No pineapple. The Mile High was kinda watered down. The Orange Crush was kinda bitter. The Espresso and Avalanche were really good. The atmosphere was cool. I wonder why it is a sports bar though. Sports were on, but nobody was watching. I also kept forgetting the name of the bar. Champion something?”

Their cookies are massive, soft, and rich with flavor—especially the snickerdoodle and chocolate chip. The staff is always friendly and quick, even when the shop is busy. It’s also the perfect stop when you’re walking around downtown or treating your kids after a park day. Highly recommend supporting this local gem!”

Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. I love that they are friendly and always quick to prepare food. We are a big family and always ordered at least $100 worth of food. Sometimes it was just two people working and even then, they got our order right and fast every time! I can’t speak for their dine in experience because we always got it for take out. But this place is delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Our family always ordered lots of food. Every time we went in to pick up our food, it was nicknamed “the big order.” Sadly, we have to move away. I ordered coleslaw as a side which was also well done.Sauces were all tasty with Riki sauce as my favorite. The sauces were served on the side as they may be too spicy for some. Texmex Baja fusion is well executed. The staff was attentive, the place is clean, the prices are fair, the food is very good and the portions are generous. Enough said.”

The HUB is a great location with seating inside AND great views and seating outside. There’s usually a mix of families, working professionals, retired individuals and young adults throughout the day. “we called to get 2 grinders on the deal of the week. The gal told us 50-60 minutes. My husband got there and it was over 90 minutes until he got the food. No apology, nothing. Then they forgot the Italian dressing. Nobody seems to care. Find a good management team and turn this ship around! I told him to leave and go to Noodles but he had already paid. They didn't hesitate to take his money right away.”

“Clean, relatively quiet for open floor plan and staff is very friendly. Santiagos is a front range favorite and the Loveland location does not disappoint. Only small recommendation would be to add a Carry Out or Pick Up sign above the right register. It's a busy place due to quality and value but a small sign might help in minimizing impatient customers/speeding up line waits. Well done. 🙂”
