“17 year Anniversary with my wife Victoria and we went here for dinner. Conner was our server. He was amazing. Had a great sense of humor. When asked for the Vegan menu he looked briefly stunned then slyly said they were working on it but did make a great salad. We had onion straws to start that simply amazing. Victoria had the filet and I had the ribeye. Both of us had the risotto and each bite was melt in your mouth. The staff gave us a wonderful card and a creme brûlée for dessert. When we asked for the manager at first Conner believed us to be joking until we asked again. We could not say enough wonderful things about absolutely everything. My only regret is that we can only give 5 stars. Thank you Conner, management and staff for making our anniversary one to remember”

The person who brought out our order was friendly and we had a young gentleman taking an order next to use and he turned around asking how everything was. First thing I noticed was that the menu was a bit different, but I got something different and it was still good. Today, I decide to sit and stay since I had time. At the time there was only one other couple at a table with two people (mainly one guy). Gradually it started to get a pretty busy crowd and someone arrived to help. What I don't understand is how it took me over an hour for me to leave with my food? Yes after like 45 minutes of waiting PART of my food came out and I asked for it all to be made to go so I could just leave. I had to ask a passer byer to at least bring me the Naan I ordered while I continued to wait while THREE tables that came after me immediately got Naan bread and their food before did. One of the tables actually ate and left by the time I got mine. How does this happen?! Ridiculous.”

Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all. Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. “We live down the street from this restaurant right after quarantine started. We got take out from here constantly. I would say twice a month. I love that they are friendly and always quick to prepare food. We are a big family and always ordered at least $100 worth of food. Sometimes it was just two people working and even then, they got our order right and fast every time! I can’t speak for their dine in experience because we always got it for take out. But this place is delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Our family always ordered lots of food. Every time we went in to pick up our food, it was nicknamed “the big order.” Sadly, we have to move away. Texmex Baja fusion is well executed. The staff was attentive, the place is clean, the prices are fair, the food is very good and the portions are generous. Enough said.”

The Pineapple bomb was a shot of Fireball. No pineapple. The Mile High was kinda watered down. The Orange Crush was kinda bitter. The Espresso and Avalanche were really good. The atmosphere was cool. “Atmosphere rated low because this is not a restaurant. Take out only. Salads and sodas are ready to eat, however the lack of tables and chairs would make that a moot point.
The main thrust here is to sell you a pizza pie made from fresh-daily dough, with toppings that suit you. The pizzas are not cooked. You must bake the pizzas in your own oven. Certain combinations such as cheese or pepperoni are ready already to grab and go (especially during dinner hour)
I personally like the pizza because i l8ke their crust. Very middle ground, nothing avant-garde. The tomato sauce is medium-sweet. The toppings all seem top quality... The meats tasty. No soysage here.
Ever-changing high-schoolish staff. Ample free parking, wheelchair accessible entrance ( sidewalk ramp on the East side)
Get there before 9pm and the service is likely to be chipper and earnest.
Since the food is not served hot and ready to eat, you can use SNAP. (Food Stamps )

The HUB is a great location with seating inside AND great views and seating outside. There’s usually a mix of families, working professionals, retired individuals and young adults throughout the day. I ordered food tonight and as I stood in the front of the store (by the door) the heat was overwhelming. I can only imagine how the kitchen felt! Hearing this has been an issue for weeks now, makes me question where there priorities are at.. Do better.”

Not much flavor, probably due to lack of sauce and cheese. Sticker shock like always these days. Sticker shock is worse when prices go up and product is skimpy. It's like two price hikes.”

“Clean, relatively quiet for open floor plan and staff is very friendly. Santiagos is a front range favorite and the Loveland location does not disappoint. Only small recommendation would be to add a Carry Out or Pick Up sign above the right register. It's a busy place due to quality and value but a small sign might help in minimizing impatient customers/speeding up line waits. Well done. 🙂”
