“Parking is awkward for getting to the front door, but everything else was great. Good waitress, good food. We arrived at 1140am and it was pretty empty, but by 1215pm it was packed with the office lunch crowd. So go early if you can.”

“I loved the one in Estes and decided to get some food to go one time from the Loveland location. First thing I noticed was that the menu was a bit different, but I got something different and it was still good. Today, I decide to sit and stay since I had time. At the time there was only one other couple at a table with two people (mainly one guy). Gradually it started to get a pretty busy crowd and someone arrived to help. What I don't understand is how it took me over an hour for me to leave with my food? Yes after like 45 minutes of waiting PART of my food came out and I asked for it all to be made to go so I could just leave. I had to ask a passer byer to at least bring me the Naan I ordered while I continued to wait while THREE tables that came after me immediately got Naan bread and their food before did. One of the tables actually ate and left by the time I got mine. How does this happen?! Ridiculous.”

“I've been eyeing Justine's since I moved to town, and I finally made it in the other night for their Give Back Tuesday night. (they do this every Tuesday for different nonprofits—love that).

That being said, for most people desperate to find vegan choices, I would think a mild chili would please more folks, as you can always add hot sauce. It was too spicy for my husband and if I had ordered a bowl instead of a cup, I know I wouldn't finish it as it was too spicy. The quinoa/black bean burger I had was mushy, but the vegetable toppings were delicious, as was the bun. Would love to see more vegetable options.”

Great location with a drop dead gorgeous view! The woman in the stand was super warm and welcoming! If I lived closer, I’d be visiting this coffee shop all the time. Prices are super low and while I didn’t get any baked goods, they looked amazing as well.”

Baja burger, House Salad, Philly Cheese steak, and the Chicken Quesadilla were all So Good. I honestly think it's the best burger in town. YUM. Sadly the drinks were not as great. The Pineapple bomb was a shot of Fireball. No pineapple. The Mile High was kinda watered down. The Orange Crush was kinda bitter. The Espresso and Avalanche were really good. The atmosphere was cool. I wonder why it is a sports bar though. Sports were on, but nobody was watching. I also kept forgetting the name of the bar. Champion something?”

Chips/Salsa very good, large portions. I ordered the wonderful burrito that has added bell pepper and onion, ground beef, green chile, with El Pueblito's special light-and-flavorful cheese sauce over all. Minus the flour tortilla due to gluten intolerance. Friends really liked their food, too. This is a restaurant that has put a lot of thought and skill into making delicious Mexican food. Recommended El Pueblito to waitress at another Mexican restaurant in Denver. She asked for directions and wants to visit. So glad our other friend got to try your restaurant, too. “Reviews were good so we gave it a try. Empanadas were deep fried but not greasy. The ground beef filling was well seasoned. I ordered coleslaw as a side which was also well done.Sauces were all tasty with Riki sauce as my favorite. The sauces were served on the side as they may be too spicy for some. Texmex Baja fusion is well executed. The staff was attentive, the place is clean, the prices are fair, the food is very good and the portions are generous. Enough said.”

I love that they are friendly and always quick to prepare food. We are a big family and always ordered at least $100 worth of food. Sometimes it was just two people working and even then, they got our order right and fast every time! I can’t speak for their dine in experience because we always got it for take out. But this place is delicious. 10/10 would recommend. Our family always ordered lots of food. Every time we went in to pick up our food, it was nicknamed “the big order.” Sadly, we have to move away. “normally I recommend chicken fil a. today was a very different story. I ordered at 1.00 pm not much of a line and used gift cards to pay I always do. the girl couldn't run more than 1 card her machine jammed. my bill was 23.87 first 10.00 gift card went through she couldn't do any more payment so I had to go to the window they couldn't find the order causing the line to back up. then all you saw was panic. the person handing the food out the manager or line lead. the girl brought her tablet up they found the order ran my 10.00 card then my 8.20 card for a total of 28.20. the told me I owed them 5.24. I said it already accepted 10.00 you owe me 5.20 they said you have your food go on so we can get the line to move again. as they were trying to get the payment done they had 2 girl running back and forth delivering the food to the cars behind me. I was not impressed with the panic mode lack of training and the fact that they couldn't realize they owed me money. so I left for good. good bye”

Not much flavor, probably due to lack of sauce and cheese. Sticker shock like always these days. Sticker shock is worse when prices go up and product is skimpy. It's like two price hikes.”

Only small recommendation would be to add a Carry Out or Pick Up sign above the right register. It's a busy place due to quality and value but a small sign might help in minimizing impatient customers/speeding up line waits. Well done. 🙂”
