Ordered 3 kids meals with cheeseburgers and one with a hamburger, was give 2 cheeseburgers and 2 hamburgers. Also didn't give us fries with all kids meals. I have had smashburger multiple time with no issues until today. Ordered online for pickup. Arrived right at time I scheduled for food to be ready, we waited for 15 minutes to get 3 burgers 3 fries and 3 shakes. Left with bag they stapled shut I assumed my ordered was correct but when we opened bag found we were missing fries I paid for. The service we received was honestly less than disireable and missing food is quite irritating. I would highly recommend checking order before even leaving the restaurant.

Stellar burgers, French fries, and tatter tots that are always fresh, hot, and crispy. Fresh avocado every time on the burgers. Milkshakes that truly take you to a better place in the mind body and soul!

The worst place ever..... I had a to go order. The lady served 4 people there order before me when I was first. I had to finally ask her for my food. Horrible experience!!!!! Food was cold not cool.

My favorite burger in Loveland. The Bacon Brisket Burger is delicious! The Colorado Burger was my favorite Smash for a long time, but my last one felt too much like eating my way through a bell (?) pepper. I think Five Guys is slightly better overall (better fries if nothing else), and Whataburger is better than both (and they don't ask for tips before service).

So we've been to this place a couple times so far and it's been amazing. The food was made fresh and the customer service is awesome! The environment is laid bag and pretty clean the last time we were there. We will be going to eat there much more! Id definitely recommend Smash Burger if you want to eat out with family/friends or just to stop and have something to eat all by yourself. Either way you all will love it.
Way overpriced and burgers are often undercooked. I suggest going to the new In N out just down the street and save $4 buying a single hamburger.

Never going here again. Not sure if they accidentally gave me a kids burger but the burger i got was the size of the palm of my hand… a QPC from McDonalds is bigger and half the cost… after Doordash fees, driver tip it was like $30 ?
