“I'm a new Manitou resident. My daughter and I went to see if Toasted was open during a little snow storm we were having and they were! Great breakfast burrito and had a chance to meet Alisa and Jamie. Great people, great food and looking forward to my next visit.”

“If you're ever in Manitou Springs, be sure to visit Uncle Sam's Pancake House. We were welcomed immediately at the door with a genuine smile from the hostess, I wish I had caught her name. She showed us immediately to a table (BTW the tables were nicely spaced out so you DIDN'T feel like you were sitting in the next table's lap). We sat at the table for less than a minute before our waiter, Parker, greeted us with ice water and enthusiasm. When asked, Parker was ready with recommendations from the menu. I decided on the French toast with peach topping and it was out of this world! My teen son tried the biscuits and gravy which did not disappoint and over easy eggs (that were cooked perfectly). My husband quite enjoyed the country omelet and avocado toast. Another employee, Julianna, made sure our drinks were full and seemed to be a great support there. Food came out quickly, hot, and delicious. The portions were generous and the price was reasonable. If I HAD to say anything negative, the coffee wasn't bad, but it also wasn't awesome. I wish I could bring this clean, delicious, establishment along with the friendly, attentive staff to my hometown so that I could be a regular there!”

“Mo's Diner is the only place to eat in Colorado! I recently spent two weeks vacationing in Manitou Springs, and found Mo's Diner while walking through the town. Delicious food, breakfast and lunch, a friendly, welcoming staff, and a perfect location. I'll be coming back each and every year, for the food and the company!”

“The food is amazing ! Very fresh and just great. Definitely different than your usual Chinese restaurant. Service is great. The place got packed fast. The atmosphere is -cold. Also, there is no alcohol(for those of you who like to drink saké or something else). Jasmine tea was good!
There was no music or anything else on the background playing so you can hear everybody's conversation across the place. Otherwise definitely go there.

Best sandwich I’ve ever ate called the Deli Rose & drank a very good hot Chai Latte. The order took longer than I expected, but worth the wait.”

“Went there for the first time today for ice cream. There were three workers assisting with the ice cream counter and 2 of them were rude. The scoops were very small and on top of that, the cashier was very stressed with one another customer in the store besides the four of us. Horrible experience. There are many choices in Manitou, we will be making a different one next time we come down.”

“Snack bar at a natural area / park / tourist destination? It’s actually pretty good. Portions are decent. Staff is very friendly and focused on getting you to the ride / tour you’ve scheduled. The dining area is enormous with beautiful panoramic views.

Kid-friendliness: This place has a lot of kid activities and the menu was great for little kids who need some food. Chicken fingers, burgers, fries, etc.”
