A dual business. Baskin-Robbins with Dunkin Donuts. We went in for ice cream. No sugar cones. Okay, put it in a cup then do a huge scoop and charge more because in a cup. I would have preferred to have the smaller scoop. The only reason in a cup is because you have no cones. Then, put all scoops in one cup until we stated again each scoop was for different people. We ordered a cake a week in advance, called the day before pickup to confirm and went in the next day to pick it up and they said the baker had a family emergency and could not complete the order. How come they didn’t tell us that days before pickup?? It was ordered for a birthday party. Too late to make other special arrangements!! Absolutely unprofessional. Will not use them for anything ever again!
