“The best pizza I have had in Colorado. I am a New Yorker and kinda a pizza snob but Papa Bear makes me feel like I am home. The dough is incredible and I’d highly recommend the pesto and red sauce mix for the pizza. They have high quality toppings and I love that you can create your own pie or order one of there pre made combos”

The cochinita, which is rare to find, is to die for and their chips and salsa is truly THEE BEST. Lots of allergen friendly recipes to choose from and the staff is amazing and so kind. “It was mine and my daughters first visit. I loved the hot tea, pork lo main and rice. Unfortunately the cream cheese wontons and the spring rolls were way over cook and the orange chicken my daughter had wasn't very good. No heat to it and the sauce was very thin and runny. We're still going to recommend going because they have such a nice variety and mine was really good. The hot and sour soup was really good too”

“My Husband and I came to Texas Roadhouse in Monument, Colo. 12/5/24 for my Birthday Dinner, we sat at the Bar, Harrison was our Bartender, fantastic service and food! He was kind enough to hand pick a T-Bone for my husband which was out of this world. Hoooraah to the kitchen staff as well our Food was amazing! The place was packed and the entire Staff from Hostesses to Servers were rocking it, all with smiles! Congrats to the Mgmt Staff your doing something right! He ended up dropping his drink so I went back to get him another and she offered to get it for free. I paid for it anyways but she was truly amazing. I 100% recommend Ruby and this Starbucks!”

“This is by far one of the cleanest, freshest fast food places I have ever been. Their roast beef is always sliced super thin and extremely moist and fresh. Their chicken is always right out of the fryer. I love this arbys.”

“We are still looking for our "go to" Mexican place in the Tri Lakes area. We'll go back for take out, but it's not a full service dining restaurant. I had chili rellenos, which is my test for authentic Mexican. Done right, they are slightly crunchy, and have a great chili flavor, lots of cheese and some sort of sauce. These were not cooked quite long enough, so were pretty hard, but had plenty of cheese and a good flavor. The accompanying rice and beans were pretty good.

One guest had the carne asada plate, with seasoned beef that was quite bland. The quality of the beef wasn't great either. My other guest had the pollo asado plate, which was much better. The meat was well seasoned, delicious in fact. All meals came with very soft (home made?) tortillas.

Two big problems here - one is the place was pretty dirty. The floors had not been swept much less mopped in ages. And there were broken floor tiles right in front of the register. Don't look at the ceiling if you want to keep your lunch down. The front glass was dirty, etc. It needs a top to bottom deep clean, and regular cleaning. 2nd, you can't serve plates with flimsy plastic ware. I understand cutting corners to keep costs down, but what they have is virtually unusable. Foam plates and cups really aren't environmentally appropriate these days.

Value is decent - $55 for 3 of us with sodas is pretty good for quality food prepared fresh. We'll go back, but only for takeout.”
