“We're visiting extended family at Monument Lake. Rosie's diner is an exceptional hometown dining place. The breakfast burrito that you see was enormous, the vegetable plate I'm told was excellent and the classic egg breakfast was excellent! Isabel was our server and she is quite a character as you can see. Check this place out!”

“Amazing food, crazy fast service! We were getting our lunch soup even before the waitress finished talking our orders! I got the sesame chicken it was super fresh crispy and delicious! My husband got the beef and green peppers that was very tasty too! I got the hot and sour soup which was the best I’ve ever had, no kidding! Wish I lived close by ( I live in Denver) I would eat here a lot! Very reasonable too, it cost $12.99 for lunches which came with soup, wanton, egroll, and fried or white rice with the entree.”

“I’m never disappointed when I go to Forge. AMAZING coffee and the most knowledgeable, creative and sweet owners you can imagine. And if you ah ent tried their seasonal lattes, you’re missing out BIG TIME! My favorite is the half sweet eggnog latte with a “zhuzh” (Robin’s official term) of gingerbread. We sat inside this time because it was chilly, but they also have a beautiful patio area. We struggled to find it based off the Google Maps directions and the fact that you cannot see their sign from the road but it shares a patio with the Bistro next to it and has a small sign above the door. Pay it a visit, you won’t be sorry!”

She truly cared about our experience & had meaningful conversation with us. It is really amazing to see owners so involved with their restaurant. You don’t see that often. The food was amazing. We went 2 days in a row back to back because of how great the food was & how much we loved the environment & Eden. Not to mention awesome coffee too! 100/10 recommend.
