“They claim their Pimento Cheese is the world's best, I'm inclined to agree with them. Forge Coffee Lab's coffee is incredible, but I make my husband drive me here at least once a week for their pimento cheese and bagel chips. Don't sleep on it.“

“What's not to love about Wesley Owens Coffee Shop. I myself am a tea drinker. The selection of "fogs" is amazing! I've had a Rocky Mountain Fog, Venice Fog, Dublin Fog and the typical London Fog. They are always made perfectly consistent no matter which barista prepares it. The room is such that no matter how many people are there the volume of table talk is dispersed enough that you can still hear the person sitting across from you. I recommend Wesley Owens highly!!!“
“I had a postpartum mama client in Monument, and I’d come to this coffee shop after the house visit. Good food, I order a roast beef sandwich and a cup of potato leek soup. They have wonderful teas. I didn’t have any coffee there, though.“
“By far some of the best coffee in Colorado Springs at a very reasonable price. I continue to return for a triple shot cappuccino! This is a great place to stop if you are walking on the Santa Fe Trail. Use the entrance on the east side of the building.“
“Lolly's Ice Cream is a cute, repurposed old house located in the Historic Downtown of Monument. Homemade ice cream in a wide range of flavors plus baked goods and coffee. There was plenty of seating inside and the staff were friendly and chatty. Was it the best ice cream I've ever had? No but I would definitely return to support small businesses. Bonus: Whip cream pup cups!“
