“First time trying Shipleys. Tried a regular glazed , an iced yeast doughnut, and a black coffee.First off, I was greeted as soon as I entered and was waited on promptly. I was pleased with the service. The glazed doughnut was pedestrian…you can get this doughnut anywhere so paying $1.79 for it is too much. The iced yeast doughnut was better and could justify its price. The star of the show was the coffee. It was a good cup of Joe.I’d like to try the savory products next time.“
“Pretty good donuts, but a little skimpy on the filling, and a fairly small selection. The server was talking loudly to other workers instead of focusing on her customers.The prices seemed pretty reasonable and I wasn't prompted to leave a tip.Getting to the store from Interquest isn't all that convenient, even though it's highly visible.“
“I came on a day where a few things were going wrong for the location (donuts hadn't arrived that morning, gate hadn't been unlocked, etc). The staff though, specifically Taylanna, were so kind and accommodating during a busy rush. Taylanna never once lost the smile on her face as she helped customer after customer. It's the best customer service I've received at Dunkin Donuts. I hope that the company knows what a valuable employee they have!!“
“Not a donut guy but this place is amazing! Is it a hole-in-the-wall? Yes. Yes it is. Is there an old lady behind the counter excited by every sprinkled delicacy you choose? No. No there is not. Does there need to be? Not even a little. This place is about a bare bones as it gets and it's amazing. You have to get there early (0615'ish) to get the best selection because they'll be mostly sold out by 0800. Yes. It's a little pricy. No, they're not the air filled garbage you get a Krispy-Kream. This is a meal. Not too sweet and never lacking for filling or glazing every bite is worth it for your skip day. Yeah, there is a dog and his name is Gronk. I am able to put my hate of the Pats aside and love on him when he's in the shop. The only bummer is that they're not open on Mondays and Tuesdays.“
