We are staying in Denver and exploring around, this place by far has the best sours in the area!! Awesome cute place, delicious food truck. Will be thinking about these sours the whole way home.
Love this brewery - always like trying a different "goo". I got the juice box goo this time which is slightly tart and a beautiful color, but not as gooey/thick as others. My only gripe is the price is a little steep but this is dang good beer. Husband loves his unfiltered marine biologist IPA (we asked and it's just marketing, nothing to do with marine biology hehe).

I have been wanting to visit here for some time so planned a winter hike nearby as it is about 1 1/2 hours from my Parker home. Wow! Some of the best hazy IPA's I have ever tasted. My new hands down favorite in CO. I even like Knotted Root beers better than the famous New England and NYC places I have visited. Glad I can reward myself post-hike with outstanding NEIPA's whenever I feel like making the drive!
