“Rosie's is one of the local's favorite spots & tourists too! AMAZING food, WONDERFUL staff, & overall GREAT place. We have seen the whole staff busting their butts during all these busy seasons that seem to run together now doing their best even towards absolutely rude people. Let's all give all of the food industry & grocery store workers some grace! Seems the world is short staffed and we have all forgotten how to be kind & have some patience. Long wait times take time to enjoy the company you are with, alone enjoy some peace and quiet, catch up on emails or texts, call someone you have been meaning to catch up with. Just have some kindness and PATIENCE. Rosie's is GREAT all the way around & we highly recommend it! Yummy appetizers, pizzas, salads, sandwiches, and so much more. They have something for everyone and your group will not be disappointed.”

“I am part owner in several BBQ restaurants in Texas and, in my opinion, Square Top's bbq is very good... reminds me of home. I actually score Square Top as a 4+. I have eaten here several times and I have been very satisfied every single time. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is because the sides were good, but could use a little more "heat," something to make them stand out... hey, but that's just my opinion. I found the staff to be friendly and responsive. The atmosphere is fine and, maybe, could reflect a little more of the ownership... some memorabilia.”

“The staff and the environment here is so good! We got seated fast, the staff is super friendly and welcoming always checking in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. We ordered the breakfast burritos and the short stack of pancakes. We are from NM so the chile to us was really mild, the pancakes were delicious but a bit undercooked in the middle. Overall we would definitely come back.”

They seemed to be Friends with each other which came across to me as a customer as very polite and extremely attentive to anything I would have needed. “The name on the trailer says La Princesa Taqueria. The food was ? delicious. I ordered an asada burrito and a barbacoa torta with fries. I especially loved the torta, it was so yummy. I also had a Mexican coke. The lady and her daughter were so nice. Great customer service and authentic Mexican food. The food was made fresh to order and it didn't make me sick. My tummy is weak so that is very important for me. The restaurant I originally was going to was almost next door but it was closed. I'm so glad it was because this food was wonderful.”

““The Buck Stops Here” Market & Eatery, Pagosa Springs, Co. We had Prime Rib that was so tender and the flavor was Smokey and the herbs made it amazing. We highly recommend their Saturday Prime Rib! Everything was delicious! Garlic mashed potatoes, and baked beans were great, too. The Chefs do a excellent job preparing the food. We have eaten Rib Eye burgers, Elk burgers, and Bison burgers there also. The food is always great!!”

“The crew working in the evening (6:30pm) on July 1st were very welcoming and made some of the best subway sandwiches we have ever had. Most importantly you could tell these employees really worked well together and filled the room with their enthusiastic attitudes! We would love to come back here again!

“The Lost Cajun is a family favorite. Wether it be a quick bite for lunch or an awesome meal before the movies (just down the street from the theater) it is truly the best. Amanda and Eddy are phenomenal folks who take care of their customers. It’s always a joy to go in. They know our typical order and have it out quickly. A family owned business in small town Pagosa is one that can’t be beat!”

“Terrific food from the menu (though the buffet looked small and unappetizing). Ordered the veggie Thai peanut noodles with peanut sauce and it was surprisingly delicious! The atmosphere is meh, but the menu is loaded with tasty options. Definitely worth the low cost!”
