“This is the best brewery in Parker and one of my all time favorites. The beer is fantastic, the people are incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The book theme just adds to its charm.Thankfully it’s across the parking lot from Discount Tire. To be honest, I make my tire appointments around Fiction’s hours. Never disappointed!“

The baked beans had a delicious smoky flavor and the fries were fresh and crispy. Every single thing we tried was insanely tasty!! I will be coming back and trying everything on the menu! “What was once called Jade Mountain has now been rebranded as Incantation Brewing! It is quite a dramatic change in scenery with black walls and a witchy theme. You will notice this theme extended to the names of their brews. They play lots of heavy rock music and have metal nights. I absolutely loved Jade Mountain and love Incantation Brewing just as much! Their beers are just as delicious as before. I tried the banshee and the potion both were great! Definitely come check them out and see what's brewing! Trivia night on Thursdays at 7PM.“

“One of my all time favorite breweries. Staff is great, beer is great (the seasonal green chili kolsch is my favorite), you can bring food in from monsoon right across the street and there's usually a good game on the tvs or you can play one of the board games they have there.“

“We met some friends here for a last minute baby shower. In case you’re wondering, a baby shower that had to change venue from one brewery to another due to snow storm, is the most possible ‘Colorado’ you can be.Despite being last minute, they let us set up our spot for presents and hangout in a cozy corner. This despite the fact they were quite busy. There were tons of families in there meeting friends and playing games. To me, this screams community. Hats off to you, 105 West.Also, their blackberry sour was delicious and legitimately sour. I loved it.“

The location is great with lots of people watching and the outdoor space is nice. I didn’t eat any food, but saw plenty and it looked and smelled really good.“

Better offerings than anything commonly available in the area, and it’s paradise for geeks who are into unusual styles. “Was recently visiting my son in Castle Rock from NY. We wanted to try someplace to have some good beers and good food. 105 West filled the bill admirably. A lot of good beer choices, (we both had flights in order to sample more flavors), and while the food choices were limited (they had a wood fired pizza food truck right outside), The pizza was excellent! Also want to add that this is a Veteran owned business and that always appeals to me, being a veteran myself. All in all totally worth 5 stars and your time if you're in the area.“

“Peak view brewing is a great brewery located in a strip mall right off of Arapahoe Drive. It is one of those places we have passed 100 times on the way to something else and always remarked that we should check out. We finally did and I'm disappointed we didn't stop sooner. First the service was amazing. Our beertender not only was prompt to help us but was asking us about what we liked and making recommendations to suit our tastes. He also brought over tasters for us to try based on what we had already said we liked. Inside it was clean and spacious, with two large areas to sit. It is also dog friendly so our pooch was able to come along and enjoy treats and pets from the staff who clearly are also dog lovers. There is no food onsite but there are a few restaurants in the immediate area who will run food over for you. They also have a bunch of events from music to comedy, to trivia. TL:DR - great beers, wonderful staff, dog friendly“
