“I have lived in Parker for over a year now. We have lived in Cherry Creek and all over Denver. We have eaten out a ton and consider ourselves foodies. I have lived in Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Melbourne Australia so I am well traveled and have knowledge of many different ethnic cuisines. I was initially hesitant to try this new restaurant in Parker as there were some below average reviews making us skeptical. Me and my wife and our two kids came here on a Saturday evening with no reservation. They were able to accommodate us on a high top. I don't like crazy long reviews so I will try to make this short and sweet. Excellent hosting, amazing ambience, knowledgeable bar staff and customer service all around. The food was great with a unique variety. We got the short ribs, scallops, scallop ceviche and steak tartare. Our two year old was eating all of them and he is picky. Anyone who knows the eating scene in Parker, knows the food scene is severely lacking. This is one of if not the best restaurant in Parker. Also amazing cocktail menu. There are no restaurants like this is Parker. Please disregard the negative reviews of people dissing the pricing or customer service. The food is priced for what it is... quality. If you want to eat cheap then go to fast food. If you want to eat quality, expect to pay for it without blaming the establishment of their pricing structure. Douglas county is one the wealthiest counties in Colorado. So everyone complaining about price, swallow your ego and sense of culinary entitlement and realize it is people like you who lead to the lack of poor restaurant selection in Parker. Shame on you for leaving negative reviews for a new restaurant trying to provide what Parker needs so badly. If people ever want to see restaurants succeed in this town then you need to start showing some appreciation for the effort it takes to open a new restaurant, especially one of this caliber. This is not Beverly Hills although this restaurant would fit in just fine in that area. So quit reviewing restaurants like you are Gordon Ramsay. Unless everyone wants to keep eating at Chick Fil A and Fuzzys Tacos, I suggest you so called food snobs take a chill pill and appreciate a very good restaurant. Please give this place a chance. You will not be disappointed.“
“We live in Colorado Springs and we were headed to Denver for an Opera performance. So we decided to dine before we got into the greater Denver area, and after seeing a brief description of The Douglas on Open Table, we made our choice. The Douglas is a delightful surprise. While its interior has the presence of most modern restaurants, there was something of a cozy and comfortable feeling while we were there. Was it the fantastic service of our waitress - Taylor? Was it them mouth watering meals? Was it the background music of the great jazz classics? Perhaps it was ALL of the above. Of course we will return. We highly recommend The Douglas to our friends.“
“Loved this place! We got the combo dinner for two, we loved getting to try different dishes, everything was delicious! The chicken tikka masala was my favorite, we got mild because we were going to share with our infant and he loved it too.We started with some chicken samosas which we had never tried, they were good but we preferred the vegetable ones that the combo includes, always fun to try new things and they came with different sauces.We also got to try their chai tea, it was delicious, best one I've tried yet. Their rice pudding was the dessert included with the meal and it was also a hit with our infant. We will be back.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian section in menu and a vegetarian combo dinner for two is offered as well.Dietary restrictions: Vegan entree with clearly marked menu section and on different dishes.“
“Wow, some of the best meatballs and sashimi I have ever tasted. The service was friendly and helpful at the bar. Bar is fully stocked with the Masive Choices of alcoholic beverages. Lots of locals and repeat customers here. Is easy to see why since everything about this place is amazing. The happy hour (3-6 M-F) is wonderful as well. Highly recommend this place, but do go early since it fills up fast late afternoon and evening.“
“We loved trying this place. The interior lovely and everyone is so friendly. The food is plated beautifully and has wonderful flavor.Have patience with the staff, not everyone is fluent in English but they try their best. “This mojito bar is so much fun. Its tropical decor makes you feel like you're in the Caribbean. We had the plantains and MOJO fries. My friends had the strawberry mojito, and I had the coconut. I was a bit worried that the coconut Mojito was made with coconut water or cream. However, it was made with coconut rum. Which is my favorite way to make a coconut Mojito. Our servicer was attentive. He must be new as he wasn't very familiar with the way things were made. It won't stop me from coming back. There is a lot of parking and the bathrooms clean.“

“For my first trip here the food was great, nice see it and plenty of seating. r first trip. It's nice to have options if you feel like indulging or eating something more nutritious. We got the kids burger, Chix on Broadway and Buffurrito. All good and I'd give it a solid 5 stars. Second trip here I got the Sweet Cheese Us cheese steak and it was so spicy I could hardly eat it. I read through the ingredients and couldn't understand how it could be so hot. I realized that mine came with some kind of very spicy meat underneath the steak but I don't see that in the description anywhere. This trip was a 4 star because it was not the sandwich I thought it was with the meat at the bottom, perhaps something very spicy got mixed into the sandwich? I'll come back again because it was probably just a kitchen error. My son wants to make sure he gives it 5/5 every time because he says the kids cheeseburger is the BEST!“

“First off, the location is beautiful and so is the inside. Lots of different types of venues within the building so super customizable. I was there for a holiday party on 12/2/22 and was so impressed. I got to see each space they had and it was beautifully decorated. Great staff, very clean (including the bathrooms) and I would definitely go back to any event being held there or highly considerate for my own event in the future!“
“We’ve come here multiple times and the food is always top notch! I am obsessed with the blackened salmon with Cajun risotto. It has the perfect amount of spice and is savory at the same time. The staff are always attentive and friendly! The owner often checks in to see if everything is to our liking (it always is!!) They frequently have deals and promotions as well!“

“I really wasn't sure what to expect when we drove to the airport for brunch.. There wasn't great signage for the place either. BUT, once we walked in and up to the second floor, it was amazing! It was such a nice and quaint restaurant with a really great view of the mountains and the airstrip. Planes constantly taking off and landing was a real treat. “This is my favorite restaurant and worth the drive from Parker. The short-rib birria tacos are delicious and taste home-made. The cocktails are superb and the cheesecake dessert was a perfect complement to my meal. I also love the ambiance and the decor. I instantly feel Ike I am at a vacation destination next to home. Honestly, I could stay there for hours with my significant other, family, friends and even all by myself (which I did yesterday). Hailey and all of their staff are approachable with warm personalities. I am not a fan of pretentious staff and atmosphere. This restaurant shines above all others in the area and I look forward to every opportunity to return.“
“I like the place itself! The atmosphere is really nice and cozy. It does give off a more finer dining experience..that being said they did overcook my partners burger. However they quickly fixed the mistake with the manager coming over and offering to comp the meal or another round of drinks! I thought it was very considerate. I also thought the portion of my chicken was a bit small. For 24 dollars at least let me get a whole breast! The meal was delicious though. Shortly after we got tickets to our upgraded seats for dining with them and was escorted by a member of the staff! Had such a great night. Will most likely attend again.“

Craig (I believe was his name) the bartender/mixologist was unreal and makes an amazing bourbon sour with some smoked honey, and the kitchen staff made the wings so good I had to order more. Crazy good bourbon selection that I will be back for. Honestly looking forward to coming back here frequently.“
