This location is an absolute train wreck. Nobody was ahead of me when I ordered. 25 minutes for a burned sandwich.I would never leave a review like this based on one visit. This has been the norm for the past 3. I'm done trying here. The management is clearly missing the point.

A $12 sandwich with about $1.50 worth of ingredients, and 2 minimum wage high schoolers making it. I've had enough of the ridiculous price increases. (Kudos to the high schoolers for actually having a job and being willing to work.) Firehouse has made my list of never-going-back-there-again.

I've given this location far too many chances and sadly they've never met expectations. Every single time we've come here they fail to just follow simple things we want excluded. For example I don't like pickles and my husband doesn't like mayo. Every time without fail our meals include both. Sad to say I'm giving up on this location and I think most people in this town have too.

I've only eaten at this oneOnce. I get their feelings stayed unweak and it's always good. Their service is okay but they tend to take care of their online orders or to go orders before the people that are sitting there waiting, I think they need to have 1 person. Do the online or to go orders and everybody else. Take care of who ever sitting there waiting. Otherwise it was a great experience.Parking: Big lot

Went there today for a quick lunch. Jacob took our order and I cannot say enough how awesome he was. If I was still in the restaurant business I would want him to train all of my employees because of his customer service. His recommendations were awesome as well. Keep up the good work.

Had many issues with this location. Most of them when I order with Uber Eats. Today I ordered two sandwiches and specifically said NO PICKLES... They put the pickles right on top of both sandwiches and the water makes it all soggy and disgusting. I am seriously, just something so simple but completely ruins the whole sandwich, that went from toasted to soggy. Almost giving up on this location.
