Junz is tucked away in a mini mall off Dransfeldt Rd. The exterior is unassuming, and their interior is modern yet simple. Their sushi, however, is the best in Parker. They have a sizable sushi bar and plenty of seating. We were ushered to our table immediately upon arrival at 1230pm on a Sunday. We ordered the sashimi roll, crunchy roll, spider roll, and rock n' roll. We chose the shrimp cocktail appetizer as well. Each selection was beautifully prepared, and the ingredients were fresh. The pricing was reasonable for the quality, producing value. Their standard rolls had the look and taste of a deluxe roll anywhere else in Douglas County. We finished every piece and left stuffed as their portion sizes are ample. We will be back and highly recommend giving it a go if you're in the area.

We inhaled the edimame. Sushi was great, my husband especially liked (I think it was called) the spicy California with tempura shrimp. The Koolaid martini kind of tasted like a cough drop at first but I still liked it.

They truly know how to make their diners feels special.I go during their lunch hours more than their dinner. I order the same thing Everytime. Lunch Deluxe B which is their sushi lunch. You get a variety of fresh nigiri that's plump and decent, a California roll where knew bite is a full mouthful. The giant plate also includes a salad with home made Japanese dressing, full portion shrimp and vegetables Tempera, and their steamed Asian style vegetable. Majority of the time, I take half of it home to enjoy later.If you have yet to try their Hamachi-kama, I recommend trying it. If you love yellow tail fish, this is the perfect starter for you. I also love their green muscles!.If you're ever in the Parker area and question yourself where to go for the freshest sushi or just a delicious Japanese style meal, I highly suggest you head over to Junz.

Never disappointed when we eat here!! The food is ridiculously good. The portions are small, especially the cod (which really makes us sad every time) BUT we order it anyway because it's that dang good. Their sushi is fantastic but you can't go wrong with the menu either. It's a little on the pricier side but you definitely get what you pay for in flavor. The staff has always been wonderful. The drinks are great! They've got decent sake. And they give you Andes mints after the meal so can it really get any better? ??♀️ The beef wrapped asparagus is amazing as well. I don't typically like lamb but their lamb, and OMG the sauce it comes with, are SOOOOO good!! Highly recommend!!

Well food is good, but service not so much. If you ask to sit at the back bar and get an order to and then nibble on it while drinking your beer, you get questioned about it. This has happened to me twice.

Had good experience in the past but today was soo bad…. 1 girl taking care of too many sections while they had plenty of staff and then we didn’t get our order, waited over an hour and then went to ask for my check since we never got our sushi and only got the 2 cooked plates
