I love coming here with my children. It's always been a favorite place to eat since highschool. We came for early lunch and the restaurant was empty which we enjoyed. It's normally packed and hard to find seating. We ordered three entrees and a kids meal with drinks and kind of shocked on how much it came out to. We definitely could have spent the same amount sitting down eating at a normal restaurant. You would think Panera would be cheaper but it really wasn't.The food it self was semi decent. I don't think we would order the teriyaki bowl from there again and just stick with the classic sandwiches or pick twos.I don't think we will be back in a while due to the price. Not sure if it was worth it for us.

I eat at panera all the time I work across the street. Today I ordered delivery because I was really busy at work, I never reserved it. I called and talk to Will he is so sweet and caring I told him what happened and that I was sorry I didn't notice sooner. He was helpful and kind and helped me out. I love the staff here thank you

The folks at Parker's Panera Bread are absolutely wonderful! I pre-ordered bagels, cream cheese and coffee for a book club. Everything was assembled when I arrived and they made numerous offers to help me get it all into my car. The bagel assortment was great. The coffee was hot and they had provided ample supply of cups, lids, sweeteners, creamers and stirrers. Everything was boxed up for protection and they even provided a very large tote bag. I will definitely use them again for our future book club meetings.

This is my son's favorite spot... he's 5. The Broccoli Cheddar soup is his favorite. The food here is ok but not worth the price. I miss the unsweetened plum ginger tea they used to have. Their new flavors are not as good. The staff is quick to take my order, often rushing me through though they are never busy when I am in. The food typically takes a while to come out, especially blended drinks. If something is wrong with order, it's hard to get staff attention to get it fixed. Usually talking to each other or on their phones. This place is usually not very busy but the people that are there are usually on some kind of business meeting talking loudly on their phones or loudly at their tables to each other. It's not good or bad, just an observation. Usually, the tables are dirty. I have had to ask for a towel and clean them off myself. I have been buying their pre-packaged soups from the store to skip this altogether.

Sam is a wonderful presence at the registers. Renee, one of the Managers, is lovely. After my first visit, I came back the next week and was thrilled to see the two of them as soon as I walked in. The entire crew seems respectful and seemed to be enjoying their time while working. This may be my favorite Panera!!

Came in this location for take out, after ordering and taking my money I was told they are out of what I ordered. You close at 9 I was there at 7:40pm it was clear to me that everyone was cleaning up the equipment. Had to wait a while for a team manager for a refund. If you truly are out of something or it's the employees being lazy. It's a manager issue. What a waste of time. Tell me your out before I order and spend money.

This Panera is ok.It seems I always have to make sure everything is in our pickup. We’ve had items missing on occasion. The food is not quite as good as what I think of as Panera quality especially given the prices. The cookies cost as much as a gourmet shop but are definitely not as good.

Food does not look like they advertise and overpriced better go somewhere else. Manager didn’t even bother to fix it after complaining. Horrible ?

They forget some items in my order, every time, without fail. Why am I paying this much anyways for mid food and missing items? Too expensive and inconsistent.

Bad customer service. Husband ordered dinner here for us and went to pick it up. They only put his meal in the bag and totally omitted mine. He got all the way home before we realized it. Called and politely requested a refund for the meal they forgot and they refused and said we would have to come back to the store to get a refund. If he was willing to travel all the way back we could have just picked up my meal! Never offered an apology. Acted as if what I was requesting was outrageous? Really disappointing.

I would suggest driving the 15 minutes to the castle rock or if you order delivery get it from castle rock. Management is extremely rude. Ordered two big bowls and when food was delivery there was no bowl bowls and only a cup of soup and 2 apples. Called to get a refund or to get a refund for the difference between cup of soup and bread bowls. Management started not their fault they run out of bread bowls and refused to give refund. When I explained it was their fault that they didn’t alert the customer of not having bread bowls and for charging a customer for food they didn’t provide, management stated I could drive to the restaurant and they could see what they could do. No guarantee of a refund plus I would have to waste the gas and time to go see if they would consider giving a refund for food they didn’t provide. The manager on Saturday on 10/14 was the absolute worst and the reason I will never go to the Parker one again. The castle rock manager tried to fix the issue even through it was not their restaurant that made the issue. I will definitely be telling other people about my horrible experience and the worst manager.

I just paid $15 for a cup of broth that scalded my tongue and a baguette w/ a drink. While the food tastes good, the portions are stingy and over priced. The bowl in size is actually a cup. Not sure what the item marked cup is actually like. My chicken and wild rice soup had no chicken and very little rice in it with some celery and carrots. Definitely not enough to fill anyone up! Disappointing
