The delivery was 45 minutes beyond the online apps' estimated time of arrival. The pizza was cold. One pizza was turned over so that the cheese was sticking to the top of the box. Thus could not be eaten as cardboard was embedded into the cheese. Was also not cooked thoroughly. This was a total complete failure at every level. Save yourself the disappointment of even one order. Simply go down to Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza, even though it takes more time, and bake it yourself. In Parker, there is no really good delivery pizza place.

We order pizza quite frequently in our home. We love Papa Johns when they get it right. Every time we order from Papa Johns at this location, we generally have hour late deliveries, cancellations being notified via email, and incorrect orders. We stopped ordering from them for months because of these issues. Last night the husband wanted stuffed crust and I hate pizza hut so we decided to give these guys a try again. We ordered for carry out since deliveries never seem to happen here. We ordered 2 simple large pizzas. 1 stuffed crust, pepperoni and peppers, the other regular pepperoni with extra sauce and well done crust. We did not receive a stuffed crust nor peppers on the one pizza, and on the other it was like they did a light sauce instead of extra. I sent a complaint to the online link but have yet to hear back. The location is unkept and dirty, the lawn hasn’t been mowed in a very long time, and the employees seem to hate life.I would not waste your time or money here, it will just be a disappointment.

Will not be ordering from here again. The website would not work on my computer so I moved to my phone. I input my address and later learned it had been changed to a different address. After calling them they were nice enough to remake and resend it.....only for me to get a call from DOOR DASH that they could not find my address and the driver was in a shopping center 2 blocks away!

Terrible customer service. We called ahead about 40 mins beforehand to place an order. Upon arrival, we discovered that they had canceled our request, and instead of attempting to amend the situation, they snarkily blamed us. We were forced to wait for them to make our pizzas, making us very late to the event we needed them at. At one point one of us attempted to ask an employee something, and she simply stuck her finger in his face and walked away. If she was busy at the moment she could have simply said so. Throughout this experience we were patient and did not react angrily, so their actions were completely unwarranted. If we had been rude to them after finding out our order had been canceled, it may have been excusable (although I think anger on our part would actually have been deserved), but from the beginning they acted extremely immaturely and treated us with contempt. I don't know if the management is poor and the work environment put everyone in a bad mood, or if they've simply hired horrible staff, but this experience has ensured that my family (and the families of those with me) will likely not return here in the future.

Food was good and nothing terrible like other reviews. Delivery, way too expensive for what ya get, 2 people was more than $50. Could feed 4 people for same price. Lesson learned! Go to Micis Pizza!

My order got cancelled without notification (after an hour and a half I checked the track my order to find out). This isn’t the first time this has happened. Usually there are just mistakes with the order, but to just indiscriminately cancel someone’s order is pretty poor service.
Ordered a pizza, 30 minutes later I found out my order was canceled with no reason why. If you're just going to cancel the order, why bother taking it. Save yourself some time and just go somewhere else to begin with. Support website is completely broken. What a waste of time all around.

Well I ordered food during the football game and it says "see you soon". 45 minutes later I login and check my order it says they cancelled it. No call, no email, no communication at all. They just closed the store at 6:30 during the playoffs and don't call their customers with orders in already??? Whoever the manager on duty is should be immediately fired. Completely unprofessional and shows a real lack of leadership or understanding of customer service. Corporate will also be receiving a complaint.

Trashiest pizza chain ever. Horrible service, Josh was the worst customer service person I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve ordered from them twice and literally never received my food. The other time they closed early. Why can’t you guys figure out how to be a decent restaurant?

Ordered a pizza in person. Waited and the pizza never got started. Tried using a gift card online, for my 25 dollar gift card the online format said I minimum order of 65 dollars is required. Guys were outside smoking forgetting to make my pizza. Wow! Terrible experience. I used to love papa John's now I'm sure I'll never come back!

Do not order from this location. Tried calling multiple times to ask about my order (didnt get confirmation email) just to have the calls ignored or hung up on. When the order arrived 2 hours later it was cold, and poorly made, it did not include any sauces or extras. Ended up throwing out the pizza after one slice as it was not edible, cheese was solidified and meats were undercooked. No point in calling for a refund because they dont answer the phone. Again, dont order pizza from here ever.
