Just got served a pretzel roll that was as almost black and so dry it crumbled when you tried to break off a piece. Order was all messed up and I had to go in to speak to a manager who just wanted to excuse the issue by saying he didn’t actually make the sandwiches.
As a manager you are responsible for everything that happens in the store not just what you physically touch.
The restaurant was gross inside as well. Never going back here.

The burgers are made perfectly and meet Wendy's standard, and the staff is friendly, including the drive-thru attendant. The manager Joseph is fantastic and goes above and beyond. The food was on point, with hot and crispy fries. They are impressive with dietary restrictions, serving burgers with no bun neatly in a box.
