I really don't understand being out of half of the menu in the middle of the day... we wanted some doughnuts... how does a Dunkin not have glazed doughnuts? We asked for 5 or 6 different options... all out. Why even be open? And it is usually not a great idea to be rude when you're telling people that you basically don't have anything on the menu... I'm just saying.
We have been in several times for their pumpkin spice coffees and 3 times they have been out of the pumpkin flavoring. Today the were out of decafe coffee and this is the 2nd or 3rd time that has happened. Their stock of ground coffee to buy is often out of stock. Obviously they are have no idea how to maintain stock. Their staff spend more time giggling with friends and among themselves than paying attention to client orders. Very unprofessional. And don't dare tell them they didn't make something right, you will be told your wrong no matter how many times you look at the order with your own eyes and see it's wrong lol. Horrible customer service from each one of the lady's. Weird thing is both the guys are polite as can be...dependably
