This location needs more training.Coffee is never right. Taste like water. They give no straws.Just go to Starbucks down the road and pay twice the price ,and they'll get your coffee right ,and not have an attitude. No straw. Coffee is full of cream. Yuck! ?Won't be back as much as I love DD.Hopefully management will train there new hires properly.

I’d give no stares if possible made my wife’s drink so watered down and when she politely asked if they could remake it the worker rolled her eyes and just stared at her this kind of service is unexpected and the fact that I can’t even call in to complain cuase the number incorrect is sketchy.

The lady's in Dunkin are dependably rude and very uncustomer friendly. And don't dare tell them they didn't make something right, you will be told your wrong no matter how many times you look at the order with your own eyes and see it's wrong lol. Horrible customer service from each one of the lady's. Weird thing is both the guys are polite as can be...dependably

No Donuts, no sparkling water to make a drink. Bathrooms are filthy and locked. I would think if they are going to lock the bathrooms so only customers use them they could at least keep them clean for the customers. Employees were pleasant but it seemed they were bothered to have a customer in there.

I ordered a simple three things: a sandwich, hash browns, and drink. By the time I got to the window, the server asked me if I was there for a pickup, I said no, then they tell me that they didn’t even put my order in… waited at the window for a while just to be handed two items, had to wave the server down to get hash browns just for some other employee to make fun of someone ordering hash browns… at this rate, this location will go out of business… me and fiancé used to love coming here and every time I go it seems to be worse…
