They advertise the superior margaritas. I was speculative and thought "that's a tall order to fill." We I was not disappointed. Definitely will be back here for the margaritas alone.
Food was decent. Drinks were good, but my margarita was too strong for my taste. Service was ok until server apparently decided we had been there long enough. She brought our check (we had not asked for it), we asked for another round of drinks. She brought them and then disappeared for the remainder of the time we were there so we could not order anything else. I had to go hunt her down to finally get our check. I have been coming to Jorge's for years. It is my must have before I leave Colorado. My Fave is the stuffed sopapilla w/ chicken or beef. I did a to go order for me my Aunt & Uncle. This was also my mom & pop's favorite & the best chili verde in Pueblo. Love the bartender Rose; so personable professional. I will be back on my next visit from L.A. Love Jorge's I think after covid like most restaurants; hours have changed but it's definitely worth a visit when their open.
