“We were on a road trip and decided to stop in Pueblo for lunch. I had picked Shamrock brewing because they had plenty of vegetarian options for my husband and seem to be dog friendly. We were warmly greeted and I ordered a stout, which was good, and my husband had a great sour beer, but I cannot rave enough about the Basil-Pesto Crusted Scottish Salmon served over sautéed artichoke hearts, spinach and roasted red peppers with Irish champ. I kid you not, this was the best salmon I’ve ever had in my life. This was one of the most delicious and flavorful dishes I’ve ever had where you could actually taste everything, including the salmon, the vegetables, the incredibly yummy and comfort, food, potatoes, And the wonderful coding. I was going to just eat half and save half for dinner, but I woofed the whole thing down. Service was great and next time we head to Pueblo, we will definitely be heading to Shamrock Brewing!“

“The Duggar is a delicious sandwich. Sitting outside eating has an ambiance all of its own.“

“We liked the food overall although many of the menu items were repetitive in that you would see the same ingredients in a breakfast vowl and huevos Rancheros for example. It wad a decent portion for the price and I didn't have to cart leftovers home.The place is small but cozy and the seats are comfortable although tight. We were traveling thru but if we were in the area again we might come back or try some other place to check out the area.“

“Our group of four had such a pleasant time last weekend at the Bistoro. The food was healthy and delicious, my wine was refreshing, and our table allowed great conversation as the restaurant was not a noisy atmosphere. Our waitress was amazingly efficient and fun. “Got a pepperoni pizza, a grinder and a spaghetti. The spaghetti was a little plain. But I put hot sauce n parm on everything anyway. The pizza and grinder were very good. Overall happy customers. I paid twice as much for a bunch of hard chicken a month ago from Popeyes and was hungry and disappointed. So this was nice. The guys were super friendly.Thumbs up!“

“I ordered a green burrito, it was delicious but a little messy to eat. I will order it again, but I'll bring a paper plate and fork with me next time. It's very small inside, but they had to make room to make all of the tortillas and good food. I can't wait to try menu items in the future. Yummy ? and left me satisfied.“

“Haven't been here for a long time. Looks the same other than the pool table is gone. Still clean and hospitable atmosphere. Waitresses and bartender staff are very friendly and do a great job. My only complaints are that the men's bathroom wreaked of urine. It desperately needs a good cleaning and sanitizing. Also, in front of the building, along the street, there are a bunch of big chunks of concrete that are a tripping hazard. They need to be removed, and the damaged area needs repairs.“

“My husband, 1-year old, and I stopped at 1129 Spirits & Eatery for dinner on a Tuesday evening. I ordered a classic cheeseburger and my husband ordered the chicken and waffles. They did not have a kids menu so we ordered a side of fries for our kiddo. The food was pretty delicious. My husband said it was the best chicken and waffles he’s ever had. That’s a huge statement coming from him. My cheeseburger was super fresh and delicious, and the side of fries were extremely filling. Alcoholic beverages my husband ordered old elk bourbon and I ordered a lavender lemon drop (AMAZING by the way).Our waitress was super friendly and knowledgeable. They also put on a trivia game with 10 questions. They have multiple rounds but we couldn’t stay because we have a young baby. But the winner can win a $15 gift card. Not bad!The tables and floors were interesting, gave off a retro vibe along with the mood lighting when trivia started.The cost is pricey, but so is a lot of restaurants in Pueblo (unfortunately). Our total for everything we ordered came out to $65 + a tip. Like I said pricey. I think the burger alone was like $17 (just wow), it was good though.If you’re looking for a neat experience and good food, I recommend 1129 Spirits & Eatery.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and boosters for toddlers.“

“This is a pretty decent spot for Mexican food. The guacamole is pretty consistent; every time I have gone it tastes good. The tacos are a decent size, although they should be (last time I went to this place they were $4.50+). The rolled tacos do not have much flavor although I've still gotten them a few times. They rely on the guac and cheese to make it a good item.I always like the carnitas better than the carne asada here. The asada is usually dryer and the carnitas has a decent wetness / oil to it. My favorite thing on the menu is probably the carnitas quesadilla, although in my opinion Velazquez Taco Shop makes slightly better food than this place and is pretty close. I would go there instead.“

“We arrived for family dinner and were sat immediately. Maison was our server, he knew the menu well and suggested drink specials for us. It's clean and a nice atmosphere. We ordered all different dishes and everything was outstanding!Fajitas were incredible and the crispy chili rellano. The green chili is authentic!As a family that owned restaurants in the past, we were very impressed with the service, portions and quality of food. “I love how they use white meat chicken in their enchiladas, no bones or anything sorry but a lot of place that’s how it is lol. Not this place the texture was amazing. I will be back many times!!! For other things on the menu as well my boyfriend’s steak fajitas looked amazing we discovered they put squash and zucchini the mix of the vegetables. So delicious. Would recommend!“
