I know managers these days teach their employees to be preemptive with suggestive dialgue but really they should be taught to be more conversational and allow for natural pauses and to allow the customer to speak. Also, pay attention to what the customer is saying. If I say that's it. Don't ask me 3 more times if I'd like anything else. Don't assume I want BBQ sauce, just ask me IF I don't tell you while I am ordering (99% of the time I will tell you what kind of sauce I want)......read full review

FYI this Wendy's is absolutely marvelous i am a Wendy's patron of many cities and many states . And I definitely say the folks here are absolutely polite and helpful and the food is always fresh and hott and now that I am a senior they give me my fre senior coffee anytime . Also this Wendy's is clean and has a pretty mellow vibe as it goes .
