The order wasn't what I wanted. The meat got burnt, missing a nugget, and specifics like no tomatoes or salt on the fries. No napkins even though we were told to wait another 10 minutes.I would've waited longer for what I actually paid for.Called to address these issues and got hung up on. placed a $40 order through the app 5 minutes before getting to the store. got to the store ans was told my food was already picked up. the manager argued with me that it was already picked up and refused to remake food. manager claims whoever was given my food was able to provide the app, which is false because a phone verification is required to access my app. will nit be returning to this store and will be making a report to corporate.
