“THE best chicken sandwich of our lives. Very quaint and close knit locals. Offered us to join them on a game of Wii bowling. Treated us Canadians with such hospitality!”
“Absolutely love this place! I live close by and finally made the stop. The food is SO GOOD!!! I just started coming down here to work on homework and it’s nice and quiet. Highly recommend!”

“It's a small town bar with a big draw. Friendly staff, simple food at a really great price. It'll take a little bit but it's worth it; they're not a big place. Be patient.”

“Been meaning to come here ever since I moved to the mountains of Sedalia in 2019. It was a cool day, but the patio was sunny. Inside was very clean and the staff was very helpful to this noob. The chicken quesadillas were large and fresh, along with their special Mexican corn side. The ice cream cones looked amazing, but I'm off dairy, so I really missed our. Most of the customers were there just to grab a cone for the road. Anyway, I hear rumors that they might be shutting down for good, this summer. Hope that's not the case as there's so much more on the menu that I want to hit.”

“After driving past for five years, we finally took the plunge and jumped in. Where have you been all my life? Terrific food, outstanding service, fair prices, plus real "homemade" desserts. We've dined both breakfast and lunch. So much good stuff, it's hard to decide. AND, they will make it YOUR way, if you don't see what you want [substitute beans for potatoes; substitute green chili for sausage gravy]. You want it; they'll fix it.”

“Great place! Lots of fun. Came out to have beverages and dinner while enjoying the band. Had an issue with the bill, but the owner got back with us and made things right! Very much appreciated! Thank you, sir! Will definitely be back.”

“We had a fabulous anniversary dinner at Gabriel's last night. The succulent lamb was the highlight of our 3-course dinner in The Old House, and it was cooked to perfection. Another plus was our server Vera, who was so knowledgeable and pleasant. She helped make this such a special evening!”

“Great vegan restaurant! Not the best Indian food I've had, but pretty darn tasty. I love the variety of options and that you can make your own dish. The chutney and garlic Naan are delicious. It's a super casual atmosphere and the service is excellent. Great place for lunch or dinner.”

“We enjoyed a surprise 70th birthday party for my husband with our dearest friends. It couldn't have been more perfect. He was surprised and we were all given a complimentary glass of champagne and our server was willing to capture the moment for us on our phone. Our server, Vic was exceptional. Attentive but didn't hover and seems to enjoy his job. We have never had a bad experience at Seasons 52, which is why it remains one of our two favorite places for a fun happy hour or a wonderful dinner. The sea bass is delish as is the roasted tomato flatbread. Love it, love it, love it!Vegetarian options: I haven't had the items designated as vegetarian but everything they prepare is delish.Parking: Parking is plentiful. Although it is in the neighborhood of two other restaurants, we've never had trouble finding parking. There's also a free parking garage across the street if the lot(s) get full.”

“Friendly service, fast food preparation, reasonably priced and delicious Chinese food. Most dishes are traditionally spicy so let them know your spice tolerance and they will adjust for you.”

“Loved the sushi and the friendly service. They make their own sriracha and soy sauce. They were both SO GOOD. All sushi was fresh, I prefer the basic rolls over the super topped ones as you can get a nice tastes of the fish! The beef bowl had nice flavor and the veggies in it were great. Will be coming back!”

“Genuinely find this place fantastic for the few times I've been. To be honest, you can't find better crab cheese wontons within a 10 mile radius lol..they're perfect every single time. Bahn mi's are also on point, as is the bread they're made on. Definitely a cut above in comparison to the generic (mostly) trash that is the majority of food offerings in Highlands Ranch. Haven't had much else but it sounds like their drinks are magnificent as well.”

“My wife and I’s favorite restaurant. We go there every once in awhile, but tonight was even better than normal. Ask for Dez. If you can she took such good care of us. She made my wife feel special. We were there just for a casual dinner. Highly recommend this place.”

“I have been to many Indian restaurants in town, but their views from the window, food and service are super good. They serve only North Indian food so cannot compare with South. The lady there does an excellent job with orders and they have quick service and good customer service.”

“Definitely some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a while! The pulled pork sandwich has a nice seasoning on it and the pork is so tender. I really liked both the original and hot BBQ sauces! The dry rub wings were also fantastic. We really enjoyed the beans too. Everything here is flavorful and top quality. Always had friendly service here too!”

“Benedict's are probably of the highest quality here, but I still prefer B&B. Surprisingly Trestels has the best biscuits and gravy in town. Trestles is the best seafood and probably the best overall dinner spot in Castle Rock and inside of 30 minutes from my home. I love Trestles :-)”

“This was my second time going to Sierra. I remember I enjoyed this place the first time after I had a second incredible experience. The staff is very tentative and friendly. I sat in the bar area for lunch on a Friday and it was not very crowded around the bar. The decor is sleek and the views are cool in their own way (not a view of the mountains). I started with the Ahi Tuna Crisps - Sushi Grade Tuna, topped with jalepeno slice on a blanket of guac that sat on top a crispy tortilla chip. SO GOOD! Next, was the Mini Chili Relleno - A crispy egg roll type of wrapping with cheese and relleno peppers inside. Crispy and gooey with some heat! SO GOOD! Ceasar Salad with Chicken - It was pretty good - Nothing too special about it. The chicken on top came out hot and I would have preferred the chicken cold instead of on top of cold lettuce. Ceasar dressing was okay. Finally, The RIbs! Wow! These things were so good! They were recommended by one of the bar tenders and she was not lying! She told me that they marinade them for 48 hours! Whatever they did to them they turned out amazing. I was pretty full so I took the other half home...Just ate it for dinner (warmed up in the airfryer). Almost better the second time! Get these things! Wait! I forgot....The cornbread with the ribs......PHENOMENAL!! Go check this place out, its a great spot!”

“I had a Panang curry which was a little sweet but very tasty. My wife had a wonton soup which was a little lackluster, but the spicy shrimp dish was much better. The service was good and the bathroom seemed to be under repair.”

“Great experience. We ate in the dining room, not the bar area. Serve was commendable. Efficient not pushy. Food was delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Allowing use to enjoy our wine and relax. The food was hot and excellently prepared. Scallops were done perfectly, tender and sweet. Steaks were prepared as requested.”

“Our family visits No Cow weekly! We most love the variety of food, the texture of the breads (lat's be honest-its hard to get GF and GF food to taste AND feel good, but No Cow does it!) and the most friendly customer service. Management is almost always present and greets us in a genuine and personal way.Whether you live in Castle Rock or are just visiting, this is the bakery to visit, even if you do not have any dietary restrictions! One of our family members who is not gluten-free has said that No Cow has the best cinnamon roll in the town.”

“Great locally owned pizza place that has charm for days. Big Bill’s looks like what you want a hidden gem, hole in the wall pizza place to look like - lots of old dark wood, booths for seating (with lots of people dining in), has a great mural on the wall in memory of 9/11, you can see people making your food and the staff is really friendly. Our pizza had a great flavor. It was well made and the ingredients tasted fresh. Nothing about it (or the business itself) is exceptionally fancy, but everything was solidly good.Families and foodies alike, if you’re looking for fresh ingredients without the fuss, this is your stop. And be sure to try their homemade meatballs and cheesecake - both are delish.Vegetarian options: Vegetables tasted freshParking: It’s in a strip mall with plenty of parking in the lot.Kid-friendliness: I brought our toddler in and she immediately asked if we could eat in. It has such an inviting and warm atmosphere. I saw a lot of families with children dining in. We’ll definitely be back and eat there.”

“These guys are growing in popularity and deserve it! They managed to keep afloat as both a new restaurant AND during covid. Today, they've grown repeat customers and have remained consistent with a strong BBQ menu with a good variety of drinks and desserts.”
