“Hands down the best restaurant in Franktown, if not one of the best restaurants in the entire state. I have been coming here for about two years and I haven’t been let down by anything on the menu (but the breakfast burritos are especially worth coming early for!). Adriana is one of the sweetest people and always makes sure everything is perfect. I cannot recommend Adriana’s highly enough!”

“There aren’t many places to eat in Franktown, so this restaurant could get by on mediocre food and service if they wanted to. But no way, not El Cerrito! They are doing something great over here! I work nearby and have been here many times now. The food is always fresh, fast, and hot! The place is spotless and always smells like Fabuloso! The service is friendly and fast and helpful! 10/10 don’t hesitate stopping in here. Bonus that their prices are still reasonable like before 2020!”

“I have to say that two years ago this would have been a very different review! However, they renovated the Subway area of the building and hired an AMAZING crew that has taken pride in the Subway. It is clean, well-managed and the sandwiches are absolutely great!”

“Loved the sushi and the friendly service. They make their own sriracha and soy sauce. They were both SO GOOD. All sushi was fresh, I prefer the basic rolls over the super topped ones as you can get a nice tastes of the fish!The beef bowl had nice flavor and the veggies in it were great. “This was my second time going to Sierra. I remember I enjoyed this place the first time after I had a second incredible experience. The staff is very tentative and friendly. I sat in the bar area for lunch on a Friday and it was not very crowded around the bar. The decor is sleek and the views are cool in their own way (not a view of the mountains). I started with the Ahi Tuna Crisps - Sushi Grade Tuna, topped with jalepeno slice on a blanket of guac that sat on top a crispy tortilla chip. SO GOOD! Next, was the Mini Chili Relleno - A crispy egg roll type of wrapping with cheese and relleno peppers inside. Crispy and gooey with some heat! SO GOOD! Ceasar Salad with Chicken - It was pretty good - Nothing too special about it. The chicken on top came out hot and I would have preferred the chicken cold instead of on top of cold lettuce. Ceasar dressing was okay. Finally, The RIbs! Wow! These things were so good! They were recommended by one of the bar tenders and she was not lying! She told me that they marinade them for 48 hours! Whatever they did to them they turned out amazing. I was pretty full so I took the other half home...Just ate it for dinner (warmed up in the airfryer). Almost better the second time! Get these things! Wait! I forgot....The cornbread with the ribs......PHENOMENAL!! Go check this place out, its a great spot!”

“I LOVE bubble tea. Got an original milk tea, unsweetened taro, passion fruit tea and strawberry slush for the littles. We enjoyed them all! I love that the tea flavors are present. Will be back!!!!”

“You don't go here for the for the atmosphere - you go for the food. I went for the bacon breakfast burrito which was delicious! Next time I'll try the chorizo. When I arrived, there was only one other person there but within 5 minutes it was packed! Food took a little bit to prepare but it's was fresh and steaming hot. Highly recommended ?”

We most love the variety of food, the texture of the breads (lat's be honest-its hard to get GF and GF food to taste AND feel good, but No Cow does it!) and the most friendly customer service. Management is almost always present and greets us in a genuine and personal way.Whether you live in Castle Rock or are just visiting, this is the bakery to visit, even if you do not have any dietary restrictions! “I love Cheese Burgers, they are literally my favorite food. Crave Burgers is one of my favorite restaurants in Colorado. My favorite time I went I ordered my original favorite the Love Stinks, the waiter recommended the Dim Sun Daffy, and I was like a duck burger that is blasphemous! The waiter said if you don’t like it I’ll pay and bring you the love stinks no questions ask, I said deal. Long story short I have a new favorite.”

“Do you love Anime? Do you love ramen and hibachi? This spot is for you. Frankly it's a solid 3.5 star but 4 for the anime customer. Yakitori is something that's really hard to find in this neck of the woods. The chicken thigh is quite good, gizzards are decent and beef is good but chewy. Karage was a bit on overdone side but Agedashi tofu was pretty decent. The takoyaki were pretty salty. The hibachi Steak and Chicken combo was tasty. Overall, a welcomed locally owned Japanese food restaurant in Parker with Anime theme as a bonus for the Pokémon lovers.”
