These type of food halls are becoming quite popular across the US which I like, I think it’s a great business mode. But unfortunately we were not impressed with any of the food establishments that we tried. Everything was just kind of OK I guess.
We really enjoyed the Baja Shrimp & Baja fish taco (add $0.50 for flour tortilla) from Baja Chimayo and Steak Quesadilla empanadas (add $0.50 for Chimichurri sauce) from Lavo Empanadas!Came here around Sunday, 4pm and service was relatively quick (no queue, 5 mins to collect food).Surprising find in the midst of outlet shopping at Silverthorne. Cute food hall. It's a little small compared to other food halls I've been to. It has a burger spot, Mexican, crepes, empanadas, and ice cream. It has a bar of course. It's nice bc it was only a 10 minute drive from our airbnb. We grab food from each vendor except the burger joint.
