DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at Chimayo!!Very disappointed on this visit. Every visit before this was worth it. Shrimp were big and worth the price. This time was a huge let down. We always order 2 shrimp Baja tacos each. The shrimp are always nicely sized and plentiful. This time. Small as can be shrimp and very little to nil topping. Plus we pay an extra .50 cent each for flour tortilla shell. We paid $6.20 each per taco with that. And definitely not worth your time or money anymore. What a disappointment!! You are sooo taking advantage of people and their experiences and expectations compared to the pas. Shame on you!!

Cute food hall. It's a little small compared to other food halls I've been to. It has a burger spot, Mexican, crepes, empanadas, and ice cream. It has a bar of course. It's nice bc it was only a 10 minute drive from our airbnb. We grab food from each vendor except the burger joint. The chicken burrito, quesadilla, empanadas, chicken tacos, le prosciutto crepe and banana fosters crepe was incredible. They do food to go too. We went on a Friday night around 8pm, but it was very quiet. Maybe 20-30 people total.

These type of food halls are becoming quite popular across the US which I like, I think it’s a great business mode. But unfortunately we were not impressed with any of the food establishments that we tried. Everything was just kind of OK I guess.

We really enjoyed the Baja Shrimp & Baja fish taco (add $0.50 for flour tortilla) from Baja Chimayo and Steak Quesadilla empanadas (add $0.50 for Chimichurri sauce) from Lavo Empanadas!Came here around Sunday, 4pm and service was relatively quick (no queue, 5 mins to collect food).Surprising find in the midst of outlet shopping at Silverthorne. This is a food court concept, decorated with fairy lights with drinks bar in the middle and surrounded by different food vendors. Water dispenser and napkins station conveniently located at the side of the market. Market is well ventilated with no indoor musky food smell.

Melody trattoria - the pizza is top 5 ever, but those wings with that house rub top 3. So good must try! I don’t normally send reviews but this place and the people working went above and beyond.
