“As a coffee snob, I will happily state that Coffee Bear offers some of the best coffee around! Its not sweet, its not bitter, its just right! The Mocha is very good and made with real chocolate and the Chai is amazing!The atmosphere is good and basic but they have a nice little cozy wood stove which is nice and a heated bathroom seat which is amazing!“
“Not fancy and expectations were not high. But the food was outstanding! I had the best porkchop ever! My spouse had the salmon, served on a wood slab, that was excellent. This was near the top dining experiences we had in our weeklong stay in the Durango/Silverton area.“
“Yes yes yes. If you're in Silverton - this is the BEST meal you can enjoy. We've been to a bunch of restaurants here and Golden Block is fantastic. Pizza is phenomenal AND TERRIFIC gluten free cauliflower crust available. Service is super friendly and warm. The beer is outstanding and we especially recommend the Madam Brown Ale. The space is fun and open. We LOVE this place and keep coming back.“

Yes, this is a slow service for those on a road trip.They have two vegan options. We got vegan sloppy Joe. “Food was delicious and gives such a homey vibe. We went for breakfast at 11am, but they stop breakfast at like 10:40am, so we had to get lunch. It was like a blessing in disguise bc, I got the Reuben sandwich which was absolutely worth it?Everyone was super sweet and welcoming. Def coming back “
