Emerald Cafe has great atmosphere and great food. Everything is organic. I had the avocado toast, which was the best I ever had; and, the lemon poppy seed muffin melted in my mouth. The coffee is amazing! The atmosphere is cozy and charming with interesting artwork on the walls. The staff are extremely friendly and made me feel at home. The cleanliness of the cafe is immaculate. I'm so glad I found this shop while visiting Steamboat Springs and will definitely frequent this shop upon return visits.

We had golden oak milk, London fog with coconut milk and a lemon poppy seed muffin. They were good and fast. The cafe itself is very well decorated with art works on the wall. It is also very bright too with big windows. Very welcoming.
I love Emerald! Everyone is so friendly every time I go in and the service is always quick.I dropped a star because I ordered likely the saddest avocado toast ever ($10). Such a bummer because I've liked everything I've had from there!I'll still return for the smoothies :)

Cocktails in the evenings with charcuterie and cheeseboards.But the best thing other than the phenomenal Organic coffee is the commitment to providing delicious GF options, all fruit (and some veg) smoothies and a commitment to completely unprocessed foods. Showed up at 7:30 a.m. but their hours haven't been posted correctly online and they're open at 8:00 a.m. that would be my only gripe as the coffee tasted delicious and the people were friendly. Good atmosphere as well. I only give a five star for latte art.I would definitely come back.
