Emerald Cafe has great atmosphere and great food. Everything is organic. I had the avocado toast, which was the best I ever had; and, the lemon poppy seed muffin melted in my mouth. The coffee is amazing! The atmosphere is cozy and charming with interesting artwork on the walls. The staff are extremely friendly and made me feel at home. The cleanliness of the cafe is immaculate. We absolutely love Emerald Coffee! Organic food, great atmosphere, and family friendly! My kids love playing with the games, coloring pages and they love the food and smoothies. The owners are a wonderful local family and they work hard to have the best and healthiest ingredients in town! So thankful they started a gourmet organic coffee shop in Steamboat!
