The food was so good that it's hard to describe. There were so many wonderful flavors combined to make an amazing dish. We had the pork medallions with cherry sauce and chili fried onions, patato mash, and shrimp spring rolls as an app. The service was slow to start. They only had 5 tables with patrons, but it took them almost 5 minutes to acknowledge we were there. Right after being seated, the waiter came back to the table and said the chef requested we hurry with our order. It was an hour before they closed for the evening, though. From slow to hurried. The food saved their review.

Don't bother walking over here at 8:20 pm, because they just close whenever.

Had high hopes but was let down. The restaurant seems like it is in a time warp from 30 years ago with the decor which is dated and run down and food presentation (parsley sprig on each dish??). The filet was one of the saddest looking pieces of meat I've ever had at a restaurant, calamari was not executed well, cod was bland...service was very mediocre as they forgot a lot of things and we kept having to ask for items over and over again. Seems like the place needs a refresh from top to bottom.

We've been going to TPG for over 20 years, and it's always been consistently very good - until now. Not sure if there's been an ownership/management change recently, but the quality of the food has gone down signficantly. It's also become outrageously expensive. My salmon was one of the worst pieces of fish I've ever had at a restaurant. It was pancake-thin and very dry, and for $41, should have been outstanding. I was also very disappointed that, literally THE night before, you removed one of my fave (& classic) TPG dishes - garlic shrimp pasta. In fact, there was not a single pasta dish on the menu.My wife's pork dish was decidedly mediocre, and my son's ribeye was fine, but not worth the $64 price tag. I understand that food costs have risen, but $18 salads with no added protein is really over the top. Our friend's trout was also wafer-thin and dry. We had touted TPG to our first-time Steamboat buddies as our 'go-to', gold standard in Steamboat, and was excited to take them there on our first night in town. Needless to say, we were disappointed and apologized to them for the hype and very expensive fare. I will say that our server, Kevin, was excellent! He was very professional and attentive - one of the few positives for the evening.

Excellent food and service. You expect good fish in Steamboat but the trout and the hake were both delicious.

Three Peaks Grill has been great all Four times we have visited, but this Friday night was a step up. The service and presentation were top notch. We started with a sampler of four types of oysters and they were better than any I have experienced along the gulf coat. Dinner was superb as was dessert. This is our go to special occasion dinner. Kudos to Pete and his entire crew!

Very expensive, food was sparse for price and mediocre at best. Appetizer 2 jumbo shrimp for $18. Silver dollar piece of meat for $40. All sides ala'carte. Waitress was nice and did her best, however overworked. Manager was rude and came unglued on us because we had to wait an hour for our billing. We were patient and knew she was overworked as all he did was walk around never helping. Word around town...Locals do not care for him. Don't waste your money, plenty of other restaurants in town.

Server mediocre in attitude and recommendations. Quality of food declined from two years ago. Sides options limited variety. Calamari tough. Disappointed.

Great experience, excellent quality, very nice jazzy background music. Got great table by the fire place, has a bit of a mid century vibe. Our waiter Alex was very knowledgeable and his service was impeccable. Definitely will be back!

We ate on a Thursday night on a dead week of skiing! It was very quiet and dark -- which we love! The food was delicious and our waiter, Alex, was great. Drinks were also delicious and I think our group had 1 of every dessert off the menu!

The food was wonderful and the service excellent. Our server, Alex, did a fantastic job of helping us celebrate my daughter's birthday and we enjoyed everything. The prices are a little high, but that is to be expected during the high season at Steamboat.

What an amazing dinner and overall experience! Rob was down to earth and very friendly, quickly adapting to my boyfriends tree nut allergy. We had one of the best meals we've ever had, a very reasonable price for the quality. The atmosphere was romantic, the wine was delicious and the dessert was fantastic. I cannot reccomend Three Peaks enough. Ask for Rob on your way in and you're guaranteed a great experience!
