We've been going to TPG for over 20 years, and it's always been consistently very good - until now. Not sure if there's been an ownership/management change recently, but the quality of the food has gone down signficantly. It's also become outrageously expensive. My salmon was one of the worst pieces of fish I've ever had at a restaurant. It was pancake-thin and very dry, and for $41, should have been outstanding. Three Peaks Grill has been great all Four times we have visited, but this Friday night was a step up. The service and presentation were top notch. We started with a sampler of four types of oysters and they were better than any I have experienced along the gulf coat. Dinner was superb as was dessert. This is our go to special occasion dinner. Kudos to Pete and his entire crew!

The food was so good that it's hard to describe. There were so many wonderful flavors combined to make an amazing dish. We had the pork medallions with cherry sauce and chili fried onions, patato mash, and shrimp spring rolls as an app. The service was slow to start.
