We wandered in in search of a salad for my wife. The Winter Salad was excellent as was the brisket quesadilla! Lauren took great care of us as we basked in the sun and listened to the river and the snowmelt. Great way to spend time in the afternoon.

Exceeded expectations which were already high. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE! MAKE A RESERVATION AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.What a great evening. Let me start with the food because everything that came to the table was delicious. I am always trying the Burnt Ends whenever they are on the menu and have tasted many good ones but these were some of the best. The texture was perfect and the flavor was amazing. I started with a smoked old-fashioned, an order of the cornbread and flash-fried brussel sprouts. ALL were excellent. We had the smoked chicken salad sammie, pulled pork sammie, combo plate with brisket & burnt ends and the Winter Orchard Salad. I did order a side of the ribs and this was the only dish that I was disappointed with as I prefer the meat to fall off the bones and this meat was much firmer. Portions were generous and the prices a great value especially for Steamboat Springs. Ayla was our server and she knew the menu well and was very attentive to our table. Having great service is the icing on the cake when going out to eat. We did finish with "Zerts" - Banana Pudding and Chocolate Lava Cake - great way to cleanse the palate. The atmosphere was also great and would be even better when they have outdoor seating in the warmer weather.

Cute atmosphere but food was underwhelming. Came in expecting Texas BBQ but brisket was dry enough to be jerky. Turkey was only slightly better. We had a reservation but were 5 minutes late trying to find parking and they gave up our table so we had to wait 30 minutes. Prices are reasonable for Steamboat but I wouldn't return.

Not welcoming at all. We came for lunch today for around 1 PM. There was a party of two ahead of us. We were a party of four, and there was another party of four behind us. Server that greeted us at the door told us he had no hostess, and could not accommodate us. He told us to go somewhere else! We left as did the party behind us and found a restaurant nearby. We will not be returning to this place

This is a nice spot to hang out! It is rather loud for a family to have dinner. The chili had great flavor, but was only lukewarm. The baby back ribs were the consistency of spareribs, so not as expected, and overall not great. Chopped brisket sandwich was excellent & the hamburger was great. The cheesesteak brisket sandwich was very fatty and over done by green chilies. Would not order that again.
Beautiful space, super friendly hostess and server Miranda was awesome, and the BBQ is bonkers! A+ experience. Wings are amazing dry rub with tasty side sauces, easily the best ribs in a long time and the BBQ meat platter of turkey & brisket was perfectly flavored, not overdone! The smoker has it dialed in! Soo good! Nice happy hour offerings, too.
