Kenny at jimmy johns was awesome!! He went back and got our chips for us that had accidentally been forgotten, so he offered to go back to the store and get them. Overall, he was just an amazing worker and well deserved tip!

I agree with others that people working in a sandwich shop should be able to make an accurate and appetizing sandwich. The tuna should be spread out. Not in one clump. All ingredients ordered should be there. Also sandwich should not be smashed. Also people with long bushy hair should wear hair net. I have seen these issues at JJ Time and Time again. It’s a Con. Potato chips are no good either.See no quality in spending $$ at JJ.

I have given this place so many chances, but I’m fed up now with their inability to follow directions. Every single sandwich I get has something missing. I ask for extra pickles every single time and never get them. I ask for no mayo, I get mayo. I ask for extra onions or to add peppers…. This never happens. Making a stupid sandwich isn’t hard work. All you need to do is read the damn ticket and FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS. Jimmy John’s used to be great about 5+ years ago. Now it’s terrible. Every location has gone downhill. I’m done with this place.

This store is the worst. It's like I'm a glutton for punishment because I keep trying to give them a chance and the keep letting me down. During COVID they were amazing, but this year, every single order, and I literally mean EVERY ORDER has been misdelivered. So despite giving my address and confirming the pin on the map, and describing the house, they still misdeliver it.

Terrible! The sandwich order was incomplete. The person taking the order couldn't understand what we wanted. The roast beef and ham sandwiches had only meat on the hoagie roll--no tomatoes, lettuce, cheese--nothing! We had them delivered. So disappointing and beyond sub-par. I will never order from this location again!!!

two slices of meat on a eight dollar sandwich. All the sandwichs i ordered were skimpy. I called the manager hung up on me. Then I called back and he got mad at me, talking loudly is not yelling. He is a very rude person and they're very bad at sandwich making. I'm pretty sure this branch is going under because they can't afford To put meat on their sandwiches might as well go to a different branch. Even the gargantuans that I ordered were very skimpy. And that's a thirteen dollar sandwich. Either there's something wrong with that branch or they don't employ very good people.Also, I submitted my complaint to the corporate website for feedback. They just forwarded it to the manager, they did nothing. They don't care...
