Was on the hunt for good sushi and came across Yonsei and their good reviews. We decided to give them a try to see if they might become our new go-to sushi spot. We were impressed. First thing I noticed was that the menu wasn't super extensive, but was hoping that was because the fish was all fresh. Full 5 stars, totally recommend. Amiable service, quaint and cozy ambiance. The nigiri and sashimi are honestly where its at, and definitely the best quality fish compared to many sushi joints in the area. Must go.

Best sushi in Colorado, hands down. Not tiny pieces of fish on large pieces of rice. Creative rolls, specials all the time. Hospitality that's great.
