Service was the only problem we had. Waitress took our order, our drinks came, our food came and we never saw our Waitress until we were done eating. Never checked on us to see if the food was OK. Never checked on our drinks situation. Never checked if we needed anything.

This place has gone downhill. I’ve been going to this restaurant for 15years and it was always good. But the last few times we’ve gone the food is bland and comes out cold. They have raised the prices but you’re getting less portion sizes. We ordered pickup and they charged us $8 for the free chips and salsa for the smallest size you can get. Don’t go here it’s a waste of money. There are a lot better Mexican restaurants to go to.

Walked in, was told to find my own seat, waited 20 minutes for a menu, watch everyone else getting service except me. Not sure if the waitress forgot about me but then she asked me if I wanted anything else, I mentioned that I still haven't even received a menu, she was shocked and then caught an attitude, brought a menu and I didn't see her again. I walked out feeling frustrated and hungry. It smelled delicious but the service not so bueno.:(

Stopped in here a couple days ago and was so happy I found this place. The restaurant is a pretty good size, which is great since you don't feel like your rubbing elbows with the table next to you. The chicharron burritos were delicious, good beans make or break that dish and they did not disappoint! The service was quick, attentive and came with a smile, which is sadly rare enough that it's noticeable when it actually happens. Will 100% come back any time I'm in the area.

the service here sucks now. I've noticed a decline over the past 6 months. The food used to be outstanding now its not even mediocre. I made a point to request beans and rice with my meal, and of course they forget to include it. Staff was extremely rude upon entering the business. Definitely lost loyal

I have been dining at Las Palmas for many years. The last 3 times I visited, the food tasted even better. Really enjoyed itThe waitresses are kind, and several of them have been there for many years. Very nice ladies. Feels like home.
