Almost every time I go there I have issues!! I ordered a kids meal with hamburger with extra patty and cheese I waited at five through four about five minutes and when I got my food drove off and found there's not a extra patty and I paid extra money for no reason!!! And not to mention after waiting give minutes there's nobody else in drive through or inside and plenty of employees my food was cold

Good luck, if the app and automated boards don't work, I walked out then after a few minutes waiting for someone to help me at the pos. I was stopped mid sentence for someone in the drive-thru.

The manager or lead of this location needs to be fired. She doesn't understand basic customer service. She thinks people are trying to get free food for asking for their order. She never apologized for the lady at the drive through messing up my order. When I checked my food half of it was missing. Please bring back people who value customer service. I saw the receipt and asked for the buy one get one menu. I figured it was rang up once because they don't charge for the second. Instead of apologizing and handing me what I ordered she was trying to charge me extra for their mistake. Why are people like this now? On top of it everything was thier mistake.

Usually good. Today I got a bag with some one else’s stuff. Some one ahead of me in line drove off w a ton of free food. Now I have a rule. If I choose to destroy my body with terrible food at least it’s food that I wanted. Shaaaaame McDonald’s drive through workers.

Took close to 7 min to even cash me out.Gave me the food tasting weird, not fresh and fries were cold. I thought McDonald’s had the best fries but wtv. Also the sprite? It’s not that hard to change out the sprite syrup containers for the soda machine, worst sprite from McDonald’s (this location.) Hope ur workers actually stop half fasting their literal JOB.
While the food is typical McDonald’s fare, I don’t like the new system that’s in place. First I ordered a burger without cheese, my burger came with cheese. As busy as the employee are it took a few minutes to get the attention of someone to fix this. I also asked for ketchup at this point since it was not included with my order. I forgot to ask for napkins since none were provided with my order, at this time it was super busy so I had to wait till it was less busy to get help. The old way I can grab my own ketchup and napkins, now you have to ask someone , and when it’s busy that is rough. Please go back to allowing us to get our own things, including refills.

Decent customer service overall, but the outer drive thru isn't very responsive or they'll make you wait while the inner drive thru services 3 cars to their 1. I've had to just order at the first window twice now because they don't take your order. Strange.

We asked for a hot n spicy with no mayo and we open it up to bacon,pickles,mayo and two French fries on the inside. So disgusting will never go to that McDonald’s again.
