While the food is typical McDonald’s fare, I don’t like the new system that’s in place. First I ordered a burger without cheese, my burger came with cheese. As busy as the employee are it took a few minutes to get the attention of someone to fix this. I also asked for ketchup at this point since it was not included with my order. I forgot to ask for napkins since none were provided with my order, at this time it was super busy so I had to wait till it was less busy to get...read full review
Decent customer service overall, but the outer drive thru isn't very responsive or they'll make you wait while the inner drive thru services 3 cars to their 1. I've had to just order at the first window twice now because they don't take your order. Strange.
