service was good, food was horrible. I never had bad food from there before but this time my chicken was dry, like it was reheated in the microwave, chewy,tough m, stale and not fresh at all. unfortunately I ordered through the drive thru and tried to eat at home. I won't go back even to return the food, very disappointed!
The restaurant was really clean and the staff was very friendly. The food quality was a little lacking. I had the ghost pepper wings, and they just weren't as good as they were at another Popeye's that I had eaten at the day before.

Chicken sandwiches are great. The problem is that the staff can't seem to figure out how to follow simple orders. They either switch the orders up or give you the wrong stuff in your order or forget to give you your order altogether. Fries are usually cold so don't order them but the mashed potatoes and the rice and beans are usually good.
