We had a newborn baby so yes we use DoorDash a lot and our go to is always Qdoba however this location can never get anything right with our order either things are missing, toppings in bowls that we didn’t order added in our food, or today they put a receipt on outside of the bag with my name but everything inside has another persons name on it. So non of this is doordashers fault. It’s purely just poor work ethic. Please fix staffing and managements skills.

This place! Every time we go here or order it’s always garbage. Whether it’s waiting for hours for our delivery, or having to take our food back because it’s horrible. Get new management!

Had food delivered and my food was like soup. There were big chunks of green pepper ends of each pepper. I normally would not have drove back but it looked disgusting. I asked for the manager and showed her the food she was very defensive and rude! I asked for my money back but she said I would have to contact Uber Eats. So I told her to make me a new bowl. I told her that I was the customer and she needed to make things right. She said that the customer is not always right. She disappeared and made her employees handle it. This happened today at 4:45.

Was not impressed with food compared to Chipotle! Food was bland, chicken not much flavor or beans for that matter! Cost more than Chipotle, too. Free quesco and guacamole were lean, to say the least.

Hello! Just wanted to say I had an incounter with a lady recently named Terri! She was absolutely a sweet lady so very nice and helpful! Her customer service was beyond amazing an she made sure I was happy with my order after another lady was extremely rude! She went over an beyond my expectations as a qudoba employee, an because of her me an my family WILL be back to this location after we almost never would have! She definitely could use some credit for this amazing act of kindness ?
I want to really shine a light on Teri! She was amazing. She was clean when dealing with my food, she paid attention to everyone coming in. She wasn't just on her phone like I've seen walking into the establishment. Most importantly, I've walked into that store with tears in my eyes due to recently losing my mother, she was able to understand and emphasize with me. She even shared her story and that means the world to one going through such a loss. I did hear someone make a horrible remark about hers and if it wasn't for Teri being there I would stop eating there altogether.. how can someone be so heartless and to have them working around all kinds of people is beyond me.. but this is about the star of the show.. so thank you Teri for your hard work! You've been seen!

I took my kiddos in for dinner, and to my surprise I’ve never seen better teamwork at any restaurant. The staff was under a ton of pressure tonight and that hesitation, teamwork kicked in and its best. I sat there and watched as a manager hustled and bustled and staff remain calm. Dealing with unpleasant customers is not easy but this team made it seem like it.
