Stopped here to buy a sub to take on the plane when flying. The staff wrapped and marked our foot long in 2 separate papers so we could each eat our half much easily. We bought the Grand Slam Ham on flat bread and really enjoyed it.

This subway usually does it right but not this time. Terrible sandwich. I used the app and asked for extra sauce and there was none, skimpy on the meat and missing olives. Doubtful I'll be coming back to this location. I use the app so I don't have to wait in line but apparently they need to be babysat doing their job. -_-

I’m honestly not the biggest Subway fan. After the service my wife and I received from Alex I will be coming to Subway a lot more! When we arrived there was a line of 6-7 customers and only one person working. Alex being the only employee, was greeting every customer and giving exceptional service to each customer. My wife is a vegetarian and will usually ask the person making her sandwich to change their gloves if they have touched meat. As soon as she said she wanted a vegetarian sandwich Alex asked if she would like him to change his gloves and his knives. Alex has exceptional customer service skills and I appreciate him for taking care of my wife.

Have had alot of issues with this store, mixing up subs, not having mobile orders done on time or even 10 mins late, being out of items, not honoring corporate deals, but today takes the cake, they completely canceled my order... dont worry ill go to a different one subway is a dime a

Went in before closing time , and only one person was working (Michael) . It was obvious he was tired due to it being the end of his shift , despite the time , he was very helpful and sweet . Very good customer service and very hard worker . I wasn't having the best day , but his kindness brightened my mood . I simply wanted him to be recognized and want to say thank you .

Don’t come to this subway find another one, bad customer service. Both employees seemed bother by customer walking in to order food. Place was dirty, soda machine was hardly working, no tops for the cups. This place was just a total disaster, would definitely like to get my money back.

Honestly best experience I’ve had in a long time. I was going to leave a review on the receipt, but threw it away on accident. All of the employees working were extremely nice! I have to give extra credit to the gentleman who was working. I’m a vegetarian and was in a rush. I usually have to ask for people to change their gloves for me. Since I was in a hurry I figured I’d chance it, but on his own doing- told me he was going to change his gloves- then proceeded to wash his hands and change gloves. It’s a small gesture, but means everything. I was there at 12:45 on 3-7-23 ?

They just made my salad completely wrong for pick up, I get home and call them, requesting a remake of my salad and a refund for my salad since I’m going to have to drive all the way up there again, essentially costing me more money than the salad it’s self. The employee says, “what’s wrong with it?” and then the “manager” tries to tell me because of his waste count and throwing it off he cannot refund and make a new salad. I wouldn’t be requesting a refund if I was able to stay home and not drive all the way back up there. He then asks me to bring in the old salad. YOU CAN HAVE THE SALAD THAT YOU ALL MADE WRONG, hopefully you don’t serve it to someone so your “waste count” won’t be off!I’d like my salad the first time and not have to spend money to come back there. Horrible customer service, and horrible empathy for even making it wrong in the first place causing me to leave my house again with kids and pregnant.
