“The food is beyond exquisite, the environment , the views, the service, the options, everything amazing 💯.”
“Food was great overall, and the ambiance was wonderful. The service was prompt and food arrived very quickly. The only thing that slightly disappointed me was the side salad as I was hoping for a more traditional Austrian or a German salad with pickled veggies and vinegarette. All the other food was delicious. We will definitely go back.”

“My husband met the owner on the gondola one day and told us all about First Chair. We made it out for dinner and drinks with the kids a few days later. Chris served us and it was great meeting him as a fellow East coaster! We ordered almost all of the burritos on the menu and were not disappointed! The smash burger was easily my favorite. My dad would order the meatball burrito for every meal, I swear, with how much he enjoyed it as well as my 1 year old eating half of one herself. My son did work on the nachos they were so tasty! When we get back to Vail, we'll be sure to stop in! great staff and food!”
“A lovely spot, amazing view, and really nice staff!
The food was decent, I really didn’t expect it to be this huge as a starter though; the ice tea lemonade was so delicious and refreshing, and I was really surprised when the waiter refilled it! I mean it wasn’t anywhere on the menu.. Of course loved the gesture and appreciated it!”
“*so good made me do the “happy dance”* Best sushi in the mountains of Colorado! Hot sake and fresh sushi, outstanding service! Besides exquisite sushi & the mochi icecream is delicious. Great lighting inside, thank you to our server and the staff at Joy Sushi!”

“Everything was wonderful at Ludwig’s Breakfast in Vail! We had such a lovely Sunday morning enjoying breakfast, and our server, Smara, was super sweet and attentive. The food, service, and atmosphere were all fantastic. We really enjoyed our experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!”
“The breakfast at Tavernetta is some of the best breakfast food I’ve had from across the whole country including cities like LA & NYC. The veggie skillet is my #1 because it’s the healthiest way to start the day & very filling. #2 favorite is the sausage & polenta dish. This item is my indulgent, flavorful & is like a breakfast & lunch for me. I’ll re order these every time I’m in vail but if I could eat this everyday, year round I would. Delicious & filling portions.”
“We visited pre-ski season and the atmosphere was perfect. No large crowds and the service was wonderful.”
“The Pizza was Well cooked and I have to say GREAT JOB!!!!!!! Thank you for making my experience great keep it up. We went on a Sunday 2 years ago and they have a lot of pizza flavors. The guys there are super friendly also. They messed up our order once but they were very kind about it. The redone order came out in no time.”
“We brought our two toddlers here and they made a mess ....the owner was so forgiving and gracious. The food was great, I had the pad thai, and my wife had the orange chicken, both delicious. We were staying at the Double tree (highline) down the road. Quick walk over. Rum and coke was good and strong too.

“When we arrived, we sat on the patio, but when the wind picked up, we moved into the dining room. The service was fantastic with good recommendations for food and drink, and we enjoyed the mountain scenery even from inside the restaurant. Plenty of parking, great bathrooms, and a good stop on our way home. I would definitely come here again!”
“We had the best service here. Hiroko was kind and knowledgeable regarding food allergies, made recommendations, and was a ray of sunshine at our dinner! The sushi and hot stone wagyu were both exquisite.”

“A few places I’ve dined at in the area have nice atmosphere and just middle of the road food. Bart & Yeti’s is not one of those - spectacular food here! I had the best Caesar Chicken Wrap ever. The Pprk Green Chile was incredible, even the house salad that we also ordered was wonderful. Was not expecting to write these kind of statements about the food we ordered but we were blown away with how good it was. Service was impeccable as well … everyone was attentive and it was just a great experience. Was not expecting such a great meal, it definitely caught us off guard. Will definitely go again us our schedule allows.”
“On the receipt it said our server was Raul. He was awesome and made an iced espresso that my girlfriend thought was much better than Starbucks. The coffee creation was on the house… even the second one. The breakfast was very good and priced fairly. Because of it all, left a little over 50% tip and happy. Well done.”
“the coffee shop is paired with a restaurant and the restaurant was basically empty, i’m assuming they were not open. the coffee shop portion was also empty but the baristas were nice and happy to take our order. i ordered the cafe miel which is honey, cinnamon and oat milk with espresso but i asked for mine with whole milk and they happily made that accommodation for me. the coffee was delicious and so flavorful. the coffee was made pretty quickly. i highly recommend this place if you are in vail!”
“This Starbucks sits inside the hospital lobby.
Don't worry; the map app is guiding you to the right place!
The hospital concierge staff is very friendly and will gladly point you in the right direction.
Audrey and the rest of the Starbucks staff are always warm and happy to recommend a good drink!”
“Highly recommend Chasing Rabbits when in Vail. Very hip place with creative cuisine and a great wine program. I had Rabbit Bolognese and it was outstanding. Our server was excellent. Can't wait to go back!”

“We stayed at the sonnenalp for a week and had the best experience visiting the King’s Club everyday. The drinks were amazing and everyday we received incredible service, especially from Virag who was extremely attentive and made us feel very welcome. We love it here and cant wait to come back!”
“We had lunch at Wildwood Smokehouse. It's located at the top of the Wildwood lift at Vail. We each had a sandwich, shredded chicken, brisket, and pulled pork, and weall had onion rings for our side. They were all good. The shredded chicken had great smoky flavor. On the table, there are 3 BBQ sauces, OG, spicy and honey mustard.”
“I don’t think there is an institution better than 10th mountain division. Having come here for 10+ years, the drinks are great - the service is great (if you aren’t rude) - and extra kudos to Mark and Andy. Thanks for making every experience at Vail something special.”
“Update...we've dined at Gessner's dozens of times during our visits to the Grand Hyatt Vail. This is the main restaurant on property, they serve breakfast, apres, and dinner. We've mostly had breakfast and apres here over the years but all in all this is a great restaurant located within the hotel. The food is always solid and I think the service has gotten better throughout the years we have been visiting this establishment....
The food is outstanding at Gessner's. The restaurant is located in the Grand Hyatt, the restaurant and hotel are both stunningly beautiful. We like dining out in the lobby area after a long day of skiing, highly recommend!”
“The Fitz is a busy patio whenever there are shows at the Amp and this was the case on this night we went. They should have a better system worked out for the bar. We waited for over 10 to 15 minutes for our drinks. The waitress was super busy. Maybe have some more help on hand on busy nights?”

“Beer is on point and perfect place to chill after a day out on the slopes or hiking.”
“Fish and chips were spot on, crispy perfection! Sadly I can't get fish & chips like that anywhere else. The duck nachos were tasty and loaded with layers not just dumped on top. Erin our server was fun and polite too. I can't wait to get back up there!”
“Left Bank was Vail's first iconic restaurant when my family visited Vail every year six decades ago. I haven't been back in a long time (back when Left Bank was cash only!). The classic French food and service are still absolutely top notch!”

“Pazzo’s Pizza in Vail is hands down the best spot for pizza around. Dan Renner and the crew make every visit feel like you’re part of the family. Their service is top-notch—always friendly, timely, and welcoming. The pizza? Absolutely unbeatable, with fresh ingredients and that perfect balance of flavor and crust. Whether you’re grabbing a bite after a day on the slopes or ordering in, they never disappoint. If you want great food and a place that treats you right, Pazzo’s is the place to go!”
“Our favorite breakfast in the Vail valley! To save yourself some time, be sure to join their waitlist thru Google! They’ll text you when your table is ready! My husband’s & son’s favorite item is the Taxi Driver.”
