Over crowded, hard to find a table. Tables were not clean, nobody working to clean tables as people left. I had the grilled cheese with tomato soup. The pricing on the menu isn’t clear. The side of tomato soup was $11.
The easiest spot for a pit stop on top of Vail mountain. Conveniently located at the meeting of three major lifts, Buffalo's is extremely convenient for a quick coffee, a bathroom break, or a mid-morning snack. The breakfast sandwich (egg, sausage and cheese) on a croissant is pretty tasty and they serve Starbucks coffee (no speciality brews though). This no-frills log cabin gets packed around lunchtime with lines both inside and at the outdoor burger bar, so be prepared to wait....read full review

Cheese burger was sooo good. Buns were grilled with butter, yum! Best burger I’ve had across all 9 ski resorts I’ve been to (and better than other cheese burgers at their other lodges).
