We really enjoyed our experience - it is a quiet and fairly uncrowded dining option in the hotel. The French onion soup and the chicken were good, and the drink options are nice as well.
Ugh. Gessner was a total mixed bag. The location is great, easy in and out. The food was good too. But the ambience and service were two thumbs down. It's is basically the dining hall for the hotel. That should tell you all you need to know.
