Took 1 hour 10 minutes after taking my order to tell me that they have no delivery drivers. This is the 3rd time they have down this. Will have to stip supporting them now due to how they handle these situations. I get the staff shortage, but managemt meeds to stop taking orders if they cannot fullfill. Sucks, because I love their pizza
not only did I tip online but I had to tip the driver further because he was short changed from the store itself. this is all on top of a delivery fee from a pizza corporation worth millions.
Going back to pizza hut where I have never had this issue
We waited an hour for our curbside pizza pick up. After the first 20 minutes waiting, a young lady came out and said they were backed up and would bring it out when it was ready. After another 40 minutes we decided to call the curbside number to see what the hold up was. They then said they didn’t have an order under our name. Gee, do you think we could have started with that. I’m home cooking dinner now. ☹️😤
