“They seem to be revamping their image as Colorado morphs into a foodie destination. I noticed upscale dishes and new menus my last visit. Have been a customer since they were off of 84th and Federal. Great specials, want to try the ribs on my next visit.“
“We have been going to Bertha’s Baja Bistro for four years now! We love it! The people are friendly and the food is terrific! We enjoy having their Margaritas. They are delicious. October is right around the corner! They make the best pumpkin cheesecake. We look forward to it every year. It feels good to have something to look forward to.“
“The food was very tasty. We shared the nachos, which changed with every layer you uncovered. I then had the birria tacos, and my friend had the steak burrito. I was so full from the nachos that I had to take most of my taco meal home for later. Just as yummy reheated! Margaritas are on the tart side but tasty. We got there just as they opened, so it was pretty empty, but I bet they fill up the place regularly. It would be a great summer patio spot. Decor was very attractive. Service was great, very attentive.“
“We came for happy hour and it was fun! The non alcoholic offerings were amazing like usually I end up getting a margarita, but I liked that they had nonalcoholic options that were delicious and not just soda!! Filling tacos too. The food took a little bit of time so they were really generous and giving us a sopapillas which we really appreciated!!“
“the sign on the door regarding sanitizing everything is TRUE! I saw the staff disinfect everything at the table as customers left. salt and pepper shakers, jelly tray, signs, tables, booth seats, chairs, counter tops, door handles, bathrooms and even the pens customers use to sign credit card slips. I feel safe eating here. The food was excellent!“
“we went in for dessert before a movie. loved the tiramisu. we liked all the plants used in the decor. want to come back for brunch because it seems they might have some interesting itemsUpdate: came in on Tuesday which is all day happy hour. Tacos were good, really liked the the avocado.“
“Great southwestern cuisine that had some kick to it. They're known for their fry bread tacos and those at the table who had it were extremely happy with it. I had the stuffed peppers and it was filling, full of flavor and had a good amount of heat to it. The ambience was nice and the wait staff was very attentive. It was conveniently connected to the hotel which was nice for our guests visiting from out of town.“
